Pretty sure they deleted my wager. Did anybody else happen to bet this or see this line Saturday overnight going into Sunday

Ive asked a couple of people I know who use Hard Rock but neither of them know.

Did you see it listed in your bet history after placing it?

Is there any chance you either got your stake back, or winnings credited, despite the ticket not being in your history?

Is this FL?

Almost positive I bet it, this is around 3:00 AM Sunday morning. I checked again when the game was going on and everything was gone with no history of anything.

Whilst it is more likely that you made a mistake, we have had this reported before so you could be right too.

I don't expect we could get anywhere trying to argue this without some form of proof but we can get it reviewed by the NJ DGE if you want to follow the procedure?

DGE won't hear it unless you have proof of asking HR to resolve it and they do not help first. You should email NJsupport@hardrockbet.com and tell them a bet has gone missing from your bet history, what the bet was and the approx. time it was placed. Then ask if they can find and re-instate it. (don't say much more than just that. You don't need to convince them, they need to show they have tried to resolve what you asked)

When you get answer we can go from there.

Do you think your stake was missing from your balance still? After seeing no bet in history? or are you just not sure?

Try to sound solid about it and let them do the explaining, rather than being pushed into making guesses yourself with them.

You can fill out this form https://www.nj.gov/oag/ge/docs/Inter...isputeForm.pdf but the first question they are going to ask you is for proof you have tried to resolve the dispute directly, so I would also try Hard Rock again at the same time.
