    1xbet withdrawal issues.
Have a buddy in Canada getting down some plays on 1xbet. Account was up around 10k and got limited so attempted to withdraw. Process has been the ultimate run around.

They asked for numerous pieces of verification info, not limited to drivers license, passport, utility bill, and holding license in front of the email chain. They have sent every single one of these things, but this has still not satisfied them. The last correspondence from them was on the 19th when they asked for "pictures of my national ID, not drivers license" after which passport was sent again. Their reply was simply "without the requested files, all future messages will be ignored" mot even sure what they are asking for. They have reached out multiple times over the last week asking what they need when they ask for national ID, sent both license and passport, but as they said, they have ignored all messages.

Anybody have experience with this or a way for a resolution? I’ve seen some posts on the site about 1xbet with similar issues. Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.

We used to see a carbon copy of this same story about 1xbet weekly. This is the first one in quite a while though.

I'll PM you an email address your friend can try.

May I please have this email address as well? I am experiencing a similar situation. Was verified and had withdrawn a few times, then tried to withdraw again, and they blocked it. They said I needed to send in the verification again - so I did. been 2 days and haven't heard back.

They have the right/responsibility to conduct KYC and in most jurisdictions books are given 28 days if needed by regulation.

2 days is not a problem yet.

Why do you think that you won't be approved?

            Two reasons:

            1. I made a second account for my fiance under her name because I got severely limited after only a few weeks and they called us out for it. Even though they totally approved and verified her account knowing we had the same address.

            2. All of the horrible reviews / stories I've read on Twitter and Reddit. I asked a professional sports bettor friend of mine for his opinion on the matter and he said he thinks there's a less than 1% chance I see my money.

My only hope stems from the fact that my account is still open and the money is still there. Just can't withdraw it.

sadly I think you are boned. If they know about that.

It's not about them approving her ID. It's about you getting around their limits that they are hot about.

From previous experience, they will only be collecting ID to make sure they can keep you both banned in the future. With no intention of approving you from it.

If you do provide all they ask I would guess the best you can expect is your last deposit back. If you have not already withdrawn more than you have deposited on that account.

Sorry for the bad news. But that is one of their most common reasons for them closing accounts and there will be zero chance of talking the way out of it.

My account is still open and I can still bet the money - however this account is limited too. This happened before with BetOnline but they let us withdraw and only closed one account. Was kind of hoping the same would happen here. Or was thinking maybe they'd give us our deposits back and keep the winnings. I don't know why my account is still open with the money still sitting there.

It probably is a good sign it's still open. And there has been a LOT less blatent unfair actions from 1xbet recently compared to years ago. So there might be a little hope.

My suggestion would be to lay low, try not to argue too much, and sound like you expect to be paid once the process is over.

And deal with it after you get a decision.

update: they responded and asked me to send 3 months worth of bills. Is this a good sign?

3 months worth of what type of bill?

                        Internet?

I havent heard of them asking that before if so.

But as long as they are still asking for stuff it might mean they haven't decided either way as yet I guess.

I've gotten large payouts from them in the past 5+ years ago in Canada the run around was about 1.5 months long untill they paid.

Still unable to withdraw. They responded on Monday and asked to see her ID which she has sent 3 times now. Haven't responded since. The account is still open and all of the money is still there. They just don't feel like responding.

They finally verified the account but took away all of the winnings. Was able to withdraw my original deposit of $1,577. They kept $4,838 in winnings.

Honestly, that's a decent result. They must not have been certain the accounts were being used to gain an advantage, from my previous experience with them and this issue.
