Problem with betfair

Where are you from? Asking because Betfair might have a local license in your country so you might want to target them there.

Although it seems unlikely for a POTUS market, from previous experience, that statement suggests the market has been reported for fixing or suspicious betting activity. Betfair can't tell players anything about it if that is the case. To try and prevent players and teams being unfairly smeared before it is investigated.

There is not much you can do to hurry them up if that is the case, but you can lodge a request with their Malta regulator to ask if they can reach out to Betfair about the delay for you. https://www.mga.org.mt/player-hub/lodge-a-complaint/
