Sounds like you took a bonus. No book if you did will let you take out a profit if you did not complete the rollover.

I cashed out last week. Closed my account. They make everything so difficult. When you close your account, they want to talk to you. I said no but if you’re wondering why, it’s because your service staff is terrible. I’ve bet with the mafia and they were more customer friendly

What do think happens when you "close your account"?

Why do you do it, how do you think it helps you, and what is it you hope to achieve by doing so?

I don’t really care. My goal is to never talk or deal with them again and I achieved it.

Could have done exactly that by saying nothing to them.

They wont delete your data or do anything else.

All you achieve is negative for you and helpful to them when asking to have an account closed. Why help them out with customer feedback and prevent yourself from ever taking an advantageous line there if you ever wanted to.

Actually a big positive for me. It’s one final kiss my ass to Betus. I will never play on their site again. While you may not think it’s great, I feel pretty damn good about it.

Betus has never did me wrong. Some stages of their customer service have a lot to be desired. Especially the account managers who are nothing but people looking for commission. I am having a slight hiccup there as we speak but it's not about being paid.

Betus limited me and restricted my access to live wager. Not even close to being a book I like to wager at.
