Side note I will say the site overall is great lots of options and good odds. Live chat is instant too just having a bit of a hiccup with this verification process so wanted to know if I should be worried.

Great sportsbook, it's too bad they left Ontario. I got paid numerous times within 24 hours, I am surprised they didn't limit me.
The bet builder they have is one of the best you can move lines on any NFL player the way you like it.
For soccer small markets, they don't offer corners, cards but if you go to bet builder it's all there.
Also from time to time by using a bet builder you will find stall lines.
Verification process is quick, however about a year after I had to do it again as part of the random check. And again it was all done within 24 hours, I had to send DR and utility bill.

They limit their customers pretty aggressively, at least in Europe. Also they have very annoying KYC. That comes when you deposit higher volumes or not even that much I think 10k was enough in a month. Account just gets locked and you can only access/log in again if you pass it, source of funds required. Pretty useless for the amount of work. Will limit all long-term winning punters eventually.

They pay, it is not a scam. But if you had money transfers from your friend to your account and then deposit that to the site, they could claim someone else uses the account and void all funds.

They are really afraid of value bettors using other accounts and will void funds if one can not provide source of funds.

There is no need for you to keep sizeable balance there or in any other site. Reduce your balance size at the sites.

Probably one of the best sites I’ve used but Jesus the verification process needs to be better. Canadian debit cards don’t have a name on them and we can’t get statements until a month after the transaction so I don’t know what to do.

Update: February 16th - finally received my bank statements and I have uploaded them let’s see how this process goes now. I have $20,000 in pending withdrawals hopefully it’s smooth so I can continue using this site!

Honestly I do not know enough about them to talk with authority. But I can say that they were rated here when in Ontario and had no bad reports apart from when closing accounts for a few weeks.

If you sent a bank statement that shows a payment to or from another Coolbet customer there could be a risk, but from all reports and posts here they treat everyone like you are being treated and won't take your money without solid proof like the bank statement connection.

Update February 19th. Received an email saying there is an incoming deposit into my bank $375.02 before I deposited $375 into coolbet so I need to provide a statement from my other bank to show I sent that. Hopefully this is the last of it but wow.

once paid will update how then process was. As of now the delay is 50% my fault and 50% theirs but let’s see how it goes

for the person that’s googling COOLBET before depositing here’s my honest review because that’s what I always come to this place for. IF you’re willing to go through a lot of hurdles and a very intense verification it’s a great site probably one of the best and I noticed they have better odds than 365/pinnacle on alot of games then go for it. If you don’t want that headache then just stick with the big books.

all in all they do pay but it does get stressful when you get zero updates daily and think they’re gonna scam.

7/10 book considering what I had to go thru. 10/10 if you verify before you deposit imo.
