Bovada won't acknowledge USDT deposit even with proof on blockchain

I sent USDT to a Bovada enerated address as seen in the screenshot below. It was sent via CoinBase, the 2nd screenshot included. Finally, the last screen shot shows the transaction with over 13k confirmations as of Friday, March 7th.

Here is the link to the hash

Betonline refuses to acknowledge this deposit and keeps telling me to check with my payment provider. The money is no longer in my wallet and has been transferred (and confirmed) to their address.

How can I get this resolved?

    Is it Bovada or Betonline?

If it is Betonline we have seen reports before of payments sent direct from Coinbase going missing.

Never send directly from Coinbase (or any exchange) to any sportsbook. Move to your private wallet first.

Coinbase may have recognized BOL/Bovada as the target, and disrupted the transfer. If you move to your wallet first, you don't risk this complication.

        Sorry, it's Bovada.

The hash literally shows the transaction from my wallet to theirs, which matches the deposit one they provided.

I've seen this happen at other books. Their deposit portal does not recognize ERC-20 smart contracts used by Coinbase. Someone at Bovada who understands this has to credit your account manually.

It should have been done automatically. Since it wasn't, they may not understand etherscan. The ETH balance says 0 but token holdings shows what you sent. Tell them to look at token holdings.

Thanks, the front line customer support won't do it for me, any idea how to get someone who can do this?

I replied to you in the "Bovada Issues" Topic. Did you click "Funds Sent"? If so, you need to ALWAYS take a screenshot of the deposit confirmation page. It will give you a deposit reference number for your records. Without that, they can play dumb despite their wallet address receiving your money.

Bovada chat is useless tbh. Bovada removed their telephonic customer service number. They will also take their sweet time replying to an email. Your best bet is to post this under the Bovada Community Forum so EVERYONE can see it. That is if they don't mute you like they muted me for calling them out. Good luck. They have gotten sketchier over the past 2 years. Curious on why you switched from BetOnline. BOL has treated me wonderfully with their rewards and customer service.
