I have joined Bet365 about 3 weeks ago. I have deposited a significant amount of money using their ***** option. They requested all of my documents which i have been more than happy to provide. My account was briefly locked until they reviewed the documents. 24 hours later i was notified that my account was FULLY verified and that i was good for deposits and withdrawals. Everything was going fine i was able to make deposits and place wagers. I did a lot of losing, unfortunately.
On Friday December 28th, I had no more money in my account. I simply went to the store to purchase some more ***** vouchers so i could make a deposit. I decided to buy AROUND $3500 worth of ***** vouchers. When i got back to my house i placed some wagers and i improved my bankroll to just over $13,000. I was also playing in a $350 heads up sit and go poker tournament which i was about to win. All of a sudden it logged me out.
I contacted customer services to notify them that i was about to win a poker tournament and it logged me out. They stated to me my account was "suspended" and under review. I was transferred to a supervisor who kindly requested that i send in ALL my ***** vouchers that i have EVER used. I simply stated to him that it was pretty much impossible since i usually throw them out. I informed him that i only have the $3500 worth of vouchers that i had just purchased. He stated to send those in.
I have since sent those documents in and was awaiting a reply. Today i called in once again after not hearing back and i was transferred to the verification department, They stated to me that my account is under "investigation" and they cannot provide me with any information. He continued to ask me where the additional 5 vouchers were. I kindly stated that i no longer had those vouchers as they were in the garbage. He told me to go "find" them.
After numerous hours of arguing and going back and forth he told me i will be contacted within the next 48 hours for a "update". At this point not only have i deposited a significant amount of money but i have won all of it back and more and they have blocked my account. I am quite frustrated as i have done nothing wrong whatsoever. I appreciate any advice or assistance from anyone!
