This case started last saturday 29.03. when I deposit 50 euros to Marathonbet but after half an hour decision I made an pay-out and withdrawed those money back . So I didn't place any bet with that money. Normally that has taken no more than 3 working days to get money back to bank account but now it is Friday and my 50 euros are still missing.
I have kindly twice asked about my money from support and they have confirmed that "pay-out team" have made the payment and money will be on my bank account soon - and I'm about waiting it now. They claimed it's about my bank now how long it will take.
I'm not very worried yet and I would like to believe what they're saying. But is that normal - or is there some problem that they think me doing some kind of "money laundring" or something? Hopefully it's coming back to my account and they said on e-mail that this kind of withdrawal could take perhaps more time than "normal", but when it's is worth worrying? Now it's weekend and it has taken 5 working days now but how long should I wait if they're not coming?
I have used Marathonbet for a long time now and always all withdrawals have successfully come to my bank within 3 days. So I don't have nothing but good to tell about Marathonbet but this is still worrying me.
At a time when I made the 50 euros withdrawal I had bit over 50 euros there also on my Mara account and there are still but I would get my money first back to bank before I could go on with betting.
