BWIN cancel live bet after one day
Hello! I have a problem with bwin. I played at their site for one week. I just played on live bets - tennis. One day I have noticed that the account balance is less than I knew that should be.
Maybe you can tell me what should I do to be treated fairly. I read on the forum that you solved problems with bwin in the past. Here is the whole story:
I placed several live bets on williams vs lepchenko. At first they payed everything but after 24HOURS BWIN CANCELED one of them because 'it was the odd wrong'. It was exactly game 4 of set 2 a bet of 970@1.25 Williams.
The second email that I sent to them it was like this :
'Hello! you cancelled the set2 game 4 of Williams-Lepchenko and you didnt cancelled the set 2 game 2? Why? It was the same odd on Williams to make her serve 1.25. If you are fair you should cancel all the bets on set 2 game 2 also.
In game 2 Williams lost her serve. The odd should go up, should be more than 1.25 that you offered in the previous game.
So in conclusion if the odd that you offered on set 2 game 4 was wrong than the odd that you offered on set 2 game 2 was also wrong and you should cancel all the bets on it also. Dont you think so?' In the first email I asked wh did the cancelled my bet.
The sayd that game 2 of set was lost I can check anwhere and everthing is ok for them.
I think they just wanted to steal some money and this is not fair at all.
What should I do? Please help me with at least an advice or if any of you want more details I will gladly provide them for you.
I would also like to ask this: 'Is anyone here that had a LOSING BET with 'wrong odds' at BWIN and of course received the money back?'

If the problem will not be solved then they are the most unfair betting site that I know. They can steal from anyone and anytime they want. They practically the have a license to steal. Dont you think so?
    Please excuse my bad english.

That is nothing unusual for bwin. They never cancel losing bets, only winning. they also charge withdrawal fee. You can't beat that fraudsters. Take your money and get out from there asap.

Yes. They charged me 3% at an skrill withdrawal. They are almost a scam. I dont understand how can they be partners with motogp, Olympique de Marseille, Juventus, Real Madrid etc...
Maybe I should write an email to their partners asking them if this is normal.

I withdrawn everthing of course but I want to recover what they stole. I know it's not a big sum but how they stole it was really unfair. After one day they cancel a live bet.
            Should I post print screens?

if you want ... but everybody knows all Bwin group books do that ... I also had 3-4 bets canceled, in one case I had 2 bets on the same game, one bet "won" and one bet "lost" ... can you guess which one they canceled?

they do this because they can and no one can do anything about it ... and there is no point in trying to complain to eCogra because they will side with the book:

We are not in a position to state what the odds should have been at the time of placing the bet, we resolve these issues in reference to the Terms and Conditions and look at the odds that were available to all players at the time of the bet being placed.

As such we were confident that the operator acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
the funny thing is that the first time they canceled one of my bets I actually caught them lying ... they said the odds were wrong, I asked them what were the correct odds, they said "2.70" and they were very surprised when I told them "2.70" were the exact odds of my bet ... of course they had to undo the cancelation, but they never made that mistake again wit the other canceled bets

btw if you plan on playing again at Bwin make sure you check your recent betting history, before making a new deposit, just in case they decided to cancel more bets (of course they will never send you a notice about it), otherwise your deposits will go towards the negative balance (of course not shown anywhere) you night have
