BetUs Final Payout Verification Issue

I had no issues with them until I tried to withdrawal my entire remaining balance.

They want to me jump on a zoom phone call with them for verification.
I have no problems with this except zoom phone is not free so I am not wasting money paying for a subscription for 1 call.
I offered to jump on zoom meeting instead or any free alternatives of their choice. They refused and will only use zoom phone and told me to pay for it out of my own pocket.


If anyone has any good contacts there that can help me out, please let me know. I already know this verification bs is just a slow pay tactic as they know I am leaving by withdrawing my balance.

I don't think there is much use talking to anyone to try and change it.

I doubt it would get the result you want and be more likely to just make them sus about why you dont want to do it.


I'd think it was annoying and a bit rude of them to insist, but also think I would just shut up about that and pay the $12 to subscribe.


Have to say it sets off my BS alert when security departments insist on specific things like this though.

More than one offshore uses trojans and other tricks to get extra info about you from these sort of interactions.

Thanks Optional. I went ahead and forked out the subscription fee for Zoom Phone and all they wanted was a video call of me holding my ID which really isn't that hard to do using any other free software but it is what it is.

I have successfully been paid out so fortunately this is now resolved.

Is this a REQUIRMENT in their T&C? If not why if they all of a sudden require this hoop to jump through. Try BMR, they deal with offshore still. Might help
