No, They have miscalculated my rollover 3-4x and won'r count my bets properly.
What has your experience with them been?
Feels scammy

They are a scam. My representative went dark after I hit my rollover. Payouts department stopped answering after they pulled a thousand out of my account. Never received a dime.

Yeah, Robert is my rep but I have been dealing with the Northstarbet telegram chat and they've been jerking me around. I pretty much did my whole rollover, asked for a count and they said I had wagered significantly less than I was supposed to. Now it has been 10 days since I asked for a re count and they keep on coming up with excuse after excuse.
Is your account still open or they legit removed the funds?

Have you made a list of your bets and calculated the expected rollover on each one? If so, feel free to post it and we can probably help confirm if you are correct or not.

If not, you should do so and send that to the book instead of expecting them to recalculate what they already calculated with no guidance where you think they are wrong.

Are you counting the lower amount of risk/win when calculating?

Are you taking into account their restrictions? (Casino, Horses and any live wagering will not count towards any sports bonus rollover requirements. Future, props and half bets do not count towards the rollover. The money lines that count towards the rollover need to be within the range of -200 +140. Baseball wagers count but only as half.)

They are scammers. I hit my rollover and everyone vanished. I called their CS line, and they said they were an independent service, and the Rep Robert was the accountable party. He vanished at payout like the payout department. No response since this.

The payouts dept is off today and Friday dur a legal Holiday until Saturday they will send your payout
