BetOnline Account suspended with over $39k

Hi,

It's not uncommon for accounts to be put into review after large casino wins. Regarding the possible error, we'd need more details about the gameplay. Can you submit a complaint form so we can have a BetOnline management contact also review?

A buddy of mine had the same thing happen and they took the winnings but gave him back 75 percent of his initial deposit . Pretty sure it was almost the same book or maybe a sister site

Apear that Betonline is no go,because of their policy when you take bonus or win big. Since SBR grade the very high,i hope they are legit when it comes to abuses.

Why on earth would you have a huge account balance.... and then start playing casino games? Just a recipe for destruction.

If you make fair sports wagers and win big... they don't have a leg to stand on. Never give these books a reason to reevaluate an account.

Feel sorry about your current situation bud..... Mostlikely, your account will be disabled and your winnings seized as per T's and C's of that book..... Avoid Casino, Poker and stick on sports...... Possible Answers : 1 You used a software to cheat. 2. IP's history... Best of Luck!!

If you ban yourself from a casino/property in B+M casinos then if they catch you playing you will be kicked out and funds taken. I'd imagine when you signed up at BetOnline you agreed to similar terms with or without knowing. Might be lucky if they give you your deposits back.

Anyone check attorney rates in the year 2017? Attorneys won't even look at a case unless you have 5k down as a retainer. No one is suing anyone.

So if you play in the casino you're money is not welcome and they'll steal it from you

Dont have any problems with them from 2010.

yeh the site is garbage lol

they offer 50k max deposits but only 25k max withdrawals through bank which take days to process and 15 business days to clear and 10k max withdrawals through ewallets which takes 2 days lol

it's actually so stupid that they offer a bigger deposit limit than withdrawal

even thou you won 39k it most likely take you months to even see the money

very dodgy company

Yea but if you ban yourself online and lose after going back on you know damn well they will not give you your money back. If you can show me one person they did that for then i would say Ok for them to keep the winnings but there are none.

BOL banned me from their "LIFETIME BONUS PROGRAM" after I won took out a series of payouts. Book doesn't cater to winners

it's a ban because they restrict your access so you are unable to play...

There has been more then one time i played in a casino online and after i was banned on my own request i would go on there and all of a sudden i could go play on there again. Or you tell them to ban you and you yourself tell them you want back in and they let you. I would even tell them when i want to be banned to never let me in again but some of them will let you.

They have reinstated the funds after completing their investigation. Everything looks correct and in my BetOnline account. And no this post is not fake. Will post an update when I receive a withdrawal. Thanks guys
