Bet-at-home locked my account and stolen my money, I placed deposit 1000 euro and place some bets. now i have 2250 euro on that account and account is locked. They ignore my emails and dont want to talk with me on live chat. I send email to MGA but hey are to slow. Does anyone have same problem. Can you give me some advice?

Have they asked you to supply ID information or say they are investigating your account or anything like that?

I send to them all documents. After i try to withdraw money they locked my account. When i try to login i got message that my account is locked.
I got this email from them :

We regret to inform you that your account will remain locked. From now on, we will no longer be able to provide you with further information.

If they have withheld all funds, including deposit, and refuse to give you any explanation you can be fairly sure they think you have committed a serious fraud or broken Anti Money Laundering legislation. Under their license conditions they are supposed to report that and then not give you any further information if that is the case.
You are welcome to submit an SBR sportsbook complaint form but if that is the reason they are not allowed to tell SBR anything either.
The MGA is the only place they will discuss an AML report with. Are you using this form? http://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/
Keep your request to the MGA short and simple and you are more likely to get a prompt response too..Comment -

I did not get any answer! I sed details to sportsbook complaint too, to MGA , and of course b-a-h. I cant belive that bookmaker like them do that . It is shame.Comment -
I play so long at bet-at-home, many many friends do as well and I never heard of any withdrawal problems with them. Usually they are super-smooth when it comes to withdrawals, fast processing time, ID card is enough to verify, big company behind (part of Betclic Everest Group), more than 4m customers, premium sponsor of German Bundesliga club Schalke 04, main sponsor of German Bundeslica club Hertha BSC and so on.
They are one of the big players in the European betting industry.
Cannot imagine they closed your account for no reason.

Yes they closed my account with explenation about some linked accounts. I dont know what thay want to tell me. What linked accounts. It is shame. What is the problem if i am from Eastern Europe. I am player too . I placed my money like you in EuropeeComment -

Many years ago (10+) bet-at-home offered me 50 euro bonus. Turned those 50 into around 1500 if i remember correctly and then closed my account........Comment -

They locked my account as well.
I deposited 400 Euros (before that 400, and year before that 200, so i was not a new player). Did win like 3600 Euro, as well I took the bonus, but they wanted a document, I sent, they replied that verification is OK, 15 minutes later, email wanting my face photo with ID holding, I sent, after that, account locked, due to incorrect details during sign up. No logic. MGA not helping. I think i will contact some lawyer here. They do not have licence in my country. I would also like to contact Ministry of Finance, to blacklist their domain for whole country, since this is robbery.
They do not even want to refund my initial depositS, since they say, my account has false/incorrect data (a lie, false statement, it is not possible, why would I deposit my real money to incorrect account details).

Bet at home locked my account and refuses to pay
I am from Slovenia I have the same problem! I have deposited 400 EUR on BET AND HOME and lost all money. After that I made more deposits (800 EUR) and won some bets. My ballance was 4110.95 EUR and I asked for a withdraw and my account was locked. After a week I go an email that my account is linked to three other accounts with some names of people I do not know who they are. That happend in March 2017!
MGA said that I have opened multiple accounts and that is not true!
