After reading through all the transcripts you really have no other alternative now but to get a local attorney and pursue legal action. they've done quite a job in stringing you out with false hope to buy time to take in new deposits. Legal action? What can you do against an international book ? That is why the casinos are so rigged they say they are regulated but the obviously are not and they know there is nothing you can do because they are sitting overseas somewhere. The only thing you can do is hope who you are dealing with has some honesty to them.

I also have now run it up to 6k and have a pending cashout from late October and now am having difficulties. Because at this point I don't see how they are any better than Topbet which is rated an F an outright scam. How are these thieves not considered an outright scam. These guys have dragged me along with 7 month of fake promises and fake hope just so that I would shut up on the forums. smaller books do not have enough clients to balance the action and often will have all bets on one side. So they can't just live off juice as people imagine.

Steam betting is monitoring prices/lines and as soon as sharp books like Pinny make a significant move, chasing around your other books to find one who is slow in making that move. Legal, but the books see it as playing for deficiencies in the betting system as opposed to betting the game.

Just about any of the top rated books will Not penalize you for going on a good run, or winning a huge bet and getting well ahead on them. They look at your betting style much much more than your account balance history.

Got an email this week promising me another $2000 which would leave the balance at $5342. Started out being owed 12342 which was due by July 4th and they subsequently returned to me $1000 via credit card deposits.

Then finally October 4 I got my first $2000 payment and then after a couple of months sent me on January 30 my next $2000 payment. Hoping they keep their word and send me $2000 before the end of this week or at least I get the tracking number before the end of the week.
