Hows it going fellas so i had a bad run playing omaha on betonline. To make a long story short. I ended up making another deposit. Which was credited into my account immediately as usual. When I tried transferring the money to my poker account i got an error message i paid no attention to thinking nothing of it really and clicked out of the message almost immediately. Anyways i reclick the transfer to poker icon and noticed my sportbook balance was at 0. Thinking maybe the money had transfered but hadnt yet updated on the poker balance (has happend before) I go to sit on a table. Well when i sat on the table my balance was of course still at 0. I logg off everything log back on my sportbook account the balance is still at 0. Log onto my poker account balance is still at 0. I ended up contacting customer service and after about 10 minutes they finally answer their phone. When i explained my situation to them first they tell me i owed the money because my account had a negative balance lol After going back and forth with them on that issue and explaining to them that cant be possible , they then tell me i lost it in the casino lol Which i thought was absoultey insane. I made the deposit and was immediately ready to get back on the poker tables. To make a long story short they said they have to investigate this issue and my account further and it could take 24 hours for a resolution. Pretty frustrating given the fact i was on tilt and wanted to get back on the table and play immediately now i got all this cash i got to wait 24 hours to get credited into my account (hopefully). Absolutely insane and uneccesarily frustrating to have to go through something like this especially from an "A+" book. If they end up not crediting my account with the balance should i ask SBR for help? Or dispute the charge with my bank? Prior to hanging up the phone i told them they should consider compensating me for the emotional damage they just caused me. (you degenerates know how it is when you lose alot and want to get back on the tables only to have some bs prevent that from happening)

Quick update they ended up crediting me the 1650 i deposited the next day but a major inconvenience and headache to go through nonetheless.Comment
