Hey fellas and ladies first post so hope I’m in the right place. I was getting flooded with mail from BETUS and they offered me a free bet with a 10x rollover. I deposited 500 took the free bet won and spun that up to over 10k. With in that time frame I accomplished the rollover easy betting to the terms of the agreement. Went to cashout 5 days ago via bitcoin and got the error message “Free play clause 10.8 contact us” So I emailed them to which they said that it was an error and I have met my rollover. After I recieved the email tried again same thing. Called them up nice lady on the phone said sorry for the inconvenience we will have that fixed for you in 30 minutes. Waited 5 hours same thing. Called back got a rude lady that told me it would take 48 hours or I could get a check and pay a fee to which I declined. It’s been five days since then and I am still getting the same message. Was I scammed out of my deposit and now all the money I’ve won. Does anyone else play on here that can vouch for them?

crap book famous for stiff jobs on payouts using free play excuse...many newbies get sucked into with all the crap mailers they do....File a complainant with SBR and good luck

Deposited 500 wagered a total of 10k ish in straight bets teasers and everything that was listed. UPDATE. Have called again this time talked to a sportsbook manager who told me that I am entitled to my cashout it’s just a glitch they need to fix in the system. It’s been 3 days they’ve been fixing this glitch still no cashout.Comment -
UPDATE: Just got off the phone with them again. First rep tried to tell me they have no record of me calling the past few days and no record of requesting a cashout except for a 300$ check. (Do not know where he got this from) I demanded to speak to a manager explained to her the situation. She was very nice but again had the same story that tech department has not fixed the error. So I gave up on the bitcoin option and just went with the check option. I requested a 3,000$ check which should be here in 7-10 days. I will post here again if it shows and if and when it clears. The managers are nice on this site the first representatives you get are rude and seem like they have no clue in anything besides the word “Deposit” or “Wager”.Comment -

Alright all is well check cleared in one day no issues. The bank did ask a lot of questions about the check though. Had to finesse myself through them but other than that everything worked out. BetUs is back in my good graces if there’s anything in the future I’ll add it to this post!Comment -
Betus had treated me awesome in the past, paid me many times. I simply hang up if I get the Costa rican support agents. I only allow the Canadian call center to help me. It definitely helps to have an assigned account manager and only deal with him.... Of course, use one in canadaComment
