SPORTSINTERACTION does NOT payout winning bets!
DO NOT use sportsinteraction.com. I made several winning bets but they refused to pay me out. they voided all my winning bets. when i called to complain, they CLAIMED that the bets were made while the site was experiencing "technical issues" during the time of 7pm to 9pm. that is so BS!! Then I asked, why did you honor my losing bets? Why not void those too since they were made at 8pm during the time they CLAIM they were experiencing technical issues. The rep said, those losing bets were valid. OMG WTF?!?!?! DO NOT USE SPORTSINTERACTION!!! They are scam artists! and the site should be flagged and shutdown!!

Interesting that not 1 SBR forum member has spoken on this........gotta love the 1 posts that claims they got robbed by a sportsbook. Why risk any $$$ with any book not A rated by SBR? If you do......then don' come here complaining.

They are A rated at SBR.

theres a constant flow of these one and done posters, not sure how SBR keeps up with this bullshit, if they even can. I know I don’t read all them any longer. Unless it’s 1 of the 3 books I play at.

            original poster is a liar.

SIA is as legit as can be. Located at a physical location in Canada not far from Montreal they have a license to print money.

Winning bettors get booted after a certain threshold but are always paid.

I had a team total graded incorrectly there during football season, but it was quickly rectified. Never any other issues. Are you sure it isn't because of bad lines? In any event, fill out a complaint form https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/ and you could upload a screenshot on here and share the link https://imgur.com/upload.

Sportsinteraction was one of the first books I ever used. I think they were one of the best. Unfortunately they don't take U.S customers anymore. I never had a problem with them.

I already tried to contact Management several times regarding my issues. Every customer service rep I spoke to refused to let me speak to management. They all gave me the same answer... "Your claim has been reviewed by Management and your bets were made when the site was experiencing technical issues". They had no answer when I asked them how come my losing bets were honoured during the same time. It was basically...so sad too bad.

If anyone doubts me, please send me a direct message and I will provide screenshots of my chat conversation with Sportsinteraction customer service.

Maybe SBR should introduce a $100 fee for investigating complaints from new members under 6 months and 25 posts, or similar.

Was the losing bet they let stand placed before or after the bets they voided? I had a similar issue but they explained to me that they had a specific cut off time when their technical issues started at which point they voided all those bets which occurred during the issue. So if the losing bet was placed prior to the winning bets they voided then it's entirely possible that it makes sense what they did if their site issues happened somewhere in between.

In fairness I did try to take a shot at them so i'm not too upset with the void. Their live odds were stuck in place for almost an hour, I was just watching STL Blues score goal after goal and kept hammering them at + money. I was hoping for the best but expecting what the voids to come through eventually.
