    What happened Luca?

It is not fair to just attack a book without giving the details or a reason at all.

I have more than thousand and thousand euros of reasons to say this.
They confiscated all my winnings by sending me an email where it was written that I had violated a point of their conditions in which the user cannot have more than one account. which of course I hadn't done. I don't know where to turn. I made a complaint to the Italian police. I sent email and email putting in CC every possible body and authority. Obviously the result was 0. I also opened a ticket with you and I hope you can help me.

I have seen Bet2U take quite a few people's money for ridiculous reasons.
But without any information, this post seems a bit unfair.

Bet2U has pretty appealing bonuses, so it wouldn't be out of the realms of possibilities to assume that someone tried to abuse those bonuses by opening several accounts.

I'm not saying that you did or didn't, but I'm just saying that they might be looking out for people that do try to cheat the system since they have those bonuses.

Did they give you the reason why they think that you have multiple accounts.

Maybe if you provided more information with proof, then the readers of this thread will be able to make a more informed decision for themselves of what happened.

                Hello everyone,
sorry for my absence but only now I noticed your answers.
NEVER absolutely NO motivation, and I did not use their bonuses because the first bet was on a quota different from their requirements.

I tried to withdraw part of the total winnings from bets and casinos (over 10,000 euros) and they blocked my account telling me that they had problems with the systems.
After few days, finally I was able to withdraw 1,000 euros (my total payments were 1,500) and then again everything blocked.

So they told me they had found the violation, and they gave me back the remaining 500 euros of my deposits.

Believe me, I really contacted ministries, the local gaming authority, their license provider and police. No one who moved a single finger.

Now I have come into contact with a Curacao law firm and I hope they can really help me, it is expensive but there are other ways to assert their rights in such an absurd "country"?

I am Italian, and we probably have many problems at political and governmental levels, but I had never seen such a thing in my life.

I wouldnt waste your time and money chasing it through an expensive law firm, if they dont want to pay then they wont pay.

Bet2u is basically a scam site if you ask me and going by the horror stories on google search.

I understand what you say, but if the law also exists in curacao, maybe not me, but maybe a local lawyer knows how to move.

Or perhaps I must then think that everyone really knows and all things are good like this ..

You said you were looking for a local lawyer. Game Protect might be able to engage a lawyer who works on a no cure no pay basis, so that you have no financial risks at all. AFAIK it's only possible if the amount in dispute is high enough.

Seriously, really, in Italy the protection of citizens and consumers exists. Which unfortunately I did not notice among the institutional bodies of Curacao.

sorry for my absence but only now I noticed your answers.

What happened with the curacao law firm?

Mind sharing details or do you want to keep it private?
