Hello guys, i open account and deposit about 40$, because i enjoy betting on esports and playin poker, a lot of sites call them best bitcoin sportsbook, i win about 80$ in poker, then win about 100$ in sportsbook, and payout 175$ via bitcoin, they paid it in 3 working days(they said bitcoin payouts 24h), but its ok. Then i again played some poker and maked some bets, but payout was cancelled. And i receive this messege:

what details i can provide? my account just blocked, i replyed to poker@betonline.ag with messege like "why im blocked?" and did not respond more then 2 weeks, live chat support, at first time when i contact to them told that its standard 72 hour review, at second time they said that their managers decided to close my account according to their rules they have full eligibility to do that
