    Bovada Futures
I had two Bovada futures that I can no longer see when I search transaction history. I believe they limited the search ability to wagers only made in the last 31 days.
I've emailed them and they refuse to confirm the transactions.
Anyone else had this problem? In the future I'll record the transaction number.

The way they handle their transaction history is not user friendly for futures bettors. I've been in the same situation as you and bovada did pay out, although like yourself I was uncomfortable with not seeing a record of my bet.

If you shoot in a complaint form with your account ID and date/details of the bets, i'm pretty sure we can ask a manager to check on this for you.

So, after a long phone call with them they were able to track down the wagers. I thought you used to be able to look further back than 31 days for future wagers, but perhaps I was wrong.

You can look further back than 31 days. There is no age restriction on the Open Bets page tab, like there is on the Transactions page tab. I have future wagers from June 2018 showing in my Open Bets.

Bovada has some weird bug which causes some old wagers (but not all) to disappear from Open Bets. They are still in their system, however. Your account will be credited when and they will show up in Transactions when they are graded. You just can't see them anymore while they're still pending.

Last year after their conversion I had nearly 400 future wagers that "disappeared". They never reappeared, but after lengthy questioning I was able to receive an excel spreadsheet from them on close to 275 of the wagers during a particular time period. The new system is awful, as even with daily results I have to go through each play one by one to confirm grading, not fun with plays that are not straight wagers.

I use a record keeping system to track progress in all different sports and types of wagers.

In the end, all but three of my nearly 400 wagers were graded, all correctly. That's good news, but YES, as cumbersome as it is, I will be making a record of all future plays from now on. Hopefully down the road the site will become more user friendly.
