*Resolved* Sports Interaction Account .. !!

I made a account with sports interaction and uploaded all my documents. They emailed me next day that my account is fully verified and registered .

i made a deposit of

1. $500 ( echeck ) Status :- Cleared 13 may 2019
2. $250 ( echeck ) Status :- Bounced 13 may 2019
3. $345 ( internet banking ) Status :- Cleared. 14 may 2019

i won $5500 from these deposits and lost all of it next day . I contacted them via live chat and informed about my bounced check and i was told to redposit it .

I recieved a casino bonus of $320 but there was a requirement that it has to be played 30x before it can be cashed out . I made $10086 with that bonus and met all the requirements of bonus and it started showing up in my main balance .

I was told by live chat everyday until that day that they are waiting for echeck and instantbanking notifications about my withdrawal and i should redeposit $250 .

I deposited
4. $50 through debit card 17 may 2019 .

I was checking if it clears easily through debit so i can deposit $200 more to cover due payment . After that paymnet they disabled my deposit and i was told to wait 48 hours and they will contact me .

Today after 12 days my account says suspended and live chat says they will take 48 hours and its a security issue .

i have no idea whats going on . Really frustrating

Wait the 48 hours and see what they say. If you are a long time loser they will ask you to cover the amount owing and re-instate you quickly.

I've dealt with sportsinteraction. I'm sorry this happened. It's a horrible company. They have like 5 customer service agents, all smug picks, especially Travis and Jonathan. I've used a few sportsbooks. They have easily the worst service. I've called at 10pm before and they have told me there is only 1 person in the office, chatting live to customers and talking on the phone to me simultaneously. It's a small book and they are shady as hell.

Thanks for sharing. From your timeline it's hard to establish if the $320 casino bonus was associated with one of the deposits, or the deposit that bounced. Whenever deposits do not clear, wagers made afterward are basically playing with monopoly money as far as the book is concerned, but if you notified them of the bouncing yourself and haven't had this sort of issue before, there may be some good faith in there. But it is just speculation without the timeline. Please submit a complaint form if you'd like and we can ask SIA to elaborate on their position.

They should treat you right.

But sending just $50 four days later to replace a $250 bounce just makes it look like you never had the money to start with. Which I am guessing is why they crunched you.

I'd just get the $250 to them right now, then argue the point afterward.

I understand. I was just explaining how books can look at this too.

People try to exploit echeck deposits all the time.


CS operators do not make decision and that one sounds like they gave you bad advice from what you have said.

I'd get the money replaced before trying to argue more. Show of good faith.
