06/24/2019 I ordered a payment from the bookmaker 1bet in the total amount of 1076.00 EUR to the Skrill payment system.
Bookmaker 1bet asked me for my documents:
- my passport photo next to my face
- confirmation of my registration
- screenshot of my Neteller account
I immediately sent all the documents.
The payment under number # 96909174877527048 has been processed.
I logged in to my account on 06/26/2019 at 10:00 (+ 3GMT)
and I see that my payment was canceled, as well as in my bet history there are bets that I did not make for a total of 1,500 euros:
BET ID: # 5d12e4d121665 (bet 750 eur)
BET ID: # 5d12e4cd20362 (bet 750 eur)
Of course, these bets lost. I suspect 1bet management of fraud against me. In order not to pay me money, they simply created a history of knowingly losing bets themselves. I have never made bets of this size, and even two bets in a row of 750 euros.
I could not make these bets because I was asleep, it was a deep night. My computer is fully protected and no one except me could place bets on 1bet, this makes no sense, since my 1bet account is tied to one payment system skrill, and all payments are made to it.
I have a copy of the correspondence with the support service, I asked them the question from which IP address my BET ID rates were made: # 5d12e4d121665 and BET ID: # 5d12e4cd20362, and also for what reason my payment # 96909174877527048 was canceled, they give me no answer just keep silent.
I also send you correspondence in chat with 1bet support service. As well as screenshots of the requested withdraw and bets that I did not make.
