Betstars.eu (Pokerstars) - Fraud?

I have sent my 3 Documents over 20 Days ago and my account is still frozen and it looks like alot of people
have problems with this Bookie according to their own forum and twitter.

How is something like this allowed, they take your money let you place the bet but u can't withdraw or even sort the problem out. I mean it's just the verification process it shouldn't take longer than 24 Hours how is everybody on hold for more than 20 Days.


Did i just lose my money, i have alot of money on that site i even planned to go to holidays with that money is there any chance they will verify my account?

FWIW, Betstars New Jersey pays out the same day, usually within an hour. Not much to offer though, same generic lines that are available everywhere else.

Quite intriguing, will watch this story. When Pokerstars is taking so much rake in, it shocks me they aren’t paying quick in their other offerings. Keep us all updated and please report back if you do get paid.

Something fishy is going on with pokerstars/betstars. They are basically screwing their customers, taken away rakeback for poker players and now giving sports players problems with withdrawls. Does not seem like a very reputable company any more since the Amaya takeover. They have at times taken very long to reply to my email (I am in the UK). A company of their size, the world's favourite place to play online poker, should have a phone number and also a live chat service.

My best advice is: Be patient.

I had to wait almost 5 weeks for a reply but then everything was resolved very quickly.

I once tried to contact them end of october and they just replied that the check is not done and i shouldn't contact them.

Once again i tried to contact them last week but they didn't answer yet.

Betstars.eu have refused to discuss player complaints with SBR.

We also tried contacting Betstars.com asking for assistance to get their Malta licensed partner to reconsider to no avail.

After almost 2 years i contacted them 2 weeks ago and they surprisingly replied.
Unfortunately several screens from my ID, Bankstatement, asianconnect withdrawal page, ecopayz and binance account werent enough to verify myself.

The only downside 2 years ago were they didn't answer to emails and it was hard to contact them and get a clear answer. I think they fixed that they reply withing 1 hour now at least something positive to say about them.
