Did AC88 also close your account with them and tell you they won't pay you?

What reason did they give to you?

this exact thing happened to a few of us a while ago at 9wickets very similar email too....It took about a week and SBR Optional did contact them too and helped....all ended good as we where all innocent and just got caught up in someone else's investigation...If you are innocent you have nothing to worry about except they will hold funds until the investigation is done with very limited details which sucks

Its good...I just can’t figure out how to edit my asking price like I do on orbitx....I have to cancel and then rebet....major pain esp if you have many bets...I’ve also been using winfair through odyssey and I really like that platform and the Mobil is excellent....odyssey too have been great CS and fast ass payouts....wish AC88 would add winfair

That’s bs but you did take them pretty good Orbitx AC88....try Odyssey88 I’ve been using them too and so far no complaints I’ve been using winfair Mobil %4 but they tell me orbitx is %3.....try em report back thoughts

I used them a lot since AC88 had issues with orbitx and only the winfair product I’ve opened...I like the AC88 dashboard account system better but I will say I have zero complaints about odyssey....they are very professional and prompt in email and chat, I like the 1 confirmation for quick deposit and my payouts have taken 10 minute tops....granted a small sample size 3 withdrawls and 10 or so deposits but so far excellent and they seem eager to make a good name for themselves....I’m glad you found an outlet to wager as I would go nuts with no exchange

so don't use fair exchange? Orbit the best place on AC to get bet fair exposure? The 6% commission is annoying for sure though.

Whatever the result is, AC is not the same AC unfortunately. The management change efffected their policy and attitude towards players. Still, a reliable company but not like in the past. I don't prefer to keep much funds in AC. I think it's better to slip between other broker companies such as BetinAsia. Very happy with them so far.

AC is still good, but their bad practice (accepting US players, bad KYC policies, usage of personal Skrill/Neteller account) lost them the Matchbook deal. They will still pay you out and it is almost impossible to get screwed by them (Opti has good relationship with them from what I know). BetInAsia also lost Matchbook (they don't give private accounts no more, not sure about their Molly), but it has been reported that BIA shaves off the odds (around 0.02 or so) from the real bookmaker's odds so I can't say I like their business model either... If you are referred by someone, you could get full odds, but other than that I wouldn't recommend them.
