one new thing I love love is the live streaming video of games they offer now.....great product works awesome so much better then vipbox or reddit

Tbh your credibility really shot after this one kona...

Customer service phone lady told me dave Morgan has not worked there in awhile. I asked to speak whoever is in charge there now like he was. She says he was just a sales guy, never management. So I mention mark, she says “mark just a customer service rep. Where are you getting this information?”

its been probably a year that I talked with morgan but had no reason too so just assumed he was there....looselines is book i use but not in my every day rotation so sorry bout that....Mark did just call me about a week ago and threw a $40 free play and when I do have questions seems they always transfer me to him in chat...so since you talked with them who is the head guy to talk with? Morgan sure acted the part and backed it up with actions

Kona posts a lot of helpful info, especially in this subforum, has for quite some time. Not on staff, not paid to do so. A bettor like we all are. So we use the info here and take it with a grain or salt....not as the gospel....don't believe everything you read. Further, one person's experience (with anything in life) can often be completely different for other people.

People come here with questions / seeking info and yet even after you insult Kona, you continue to ask more questions.

Asking questions is fine, just recommend be tactful and more self-aware.

I've read some helpful posts of information from you around the forum. If I wanted to follow-up with a direct question, I sure wouldn't post right on the board where everyone can see, "Hey Eagles this really calls your credibility into question, but let me ask this..."

Kona has been very helpful in my experience here.

Jazz just offered me a 100% cash bonus with a couple other small add-ons, 2nd chance FP, and a free superbowl future bet but I'm really interested in the streaming service, looks like a no brainer! Anyone else using it, reviews?

Streaming service is very nice.

I've kept my deposits small ($500) with them but they've been pretty decent. Have not requested a payout but I've heard nothing but positive things.

The streaming I have seen from them has typically been low quality. That is, casting onto TV using chromecast. The exception was Russian tennis, of all things. That was crystal clear. But, when I cast a baseball game and a football game it was very pixelated, worse than standard def. Anyone have better results with different casting device? Thanks, Frank

I am using it. In order to get in, I had to go into live chat after posting up. They told me the max wager on the bonus offer was $250. I posted for the full $1K + $1K because I'm heavily capitalized this year and want to run through some bonuses. They have been nice, their web-site is good. They offer a lot of stuff. I like their live lines, they offer multiple spread options on most live stuff. Even the overnight FIBA World Cup games get 7 or 8 live option spreads at a time. They seem to run mostly -110s so not a lot of reduced juice, but has been a good out so far for me this year. First year using.
