    Betnow & SBG Global Confusion
    So, I've been a member with SBG Global for probably over ten years now. I haven't had a problem with them personally, but the ratings and reviews online for them are REALLY bad. A lot of it mostly has to do with large payouts, which I haven't really had.

    They're currently running a 100% cash deposit bonus of up to $5,000 with a 3x roll over.

    I just recently stumbled upon Betnow.eu. I accessed the live chat and the customer service rep was the same one I had gotten through SBG Global. When I gave him my information he gave me my SBG account information. Remember, I accessed this chat through Betnow! He informed me that they provide customer support for several sites and assured me that the sites are not owned by the same company.

    So, I registered for the Betnow account and when I looked at the layout of the site and lines, they were identical with SBG Globals lines and the site layout was very similar.

    Betnow "seems" to have pretty solid reviews online, but what makes me confused is how SBG Global can have very poor reviews but Betnow have good reviews when it seems to me, that they're related sites in some way or another.

    Just looking to see if anyone has any first hand experience at either site or has any insight they can provide to me.

          Played with BetNow and received a $3000 payout same day with btc a while back.

          I tried to take the 100% cash bonus 3x rollover but they told me I'm not eligible. Presumably because I ran my 1k up to 3k. No sense betting there without the bonuses so I haven't been back. I'd feel reasonably safe with my money there if I were able to take the bonus.

              They are the same.

              When SBG Global stopped taking Americans, they pushed new people to BetNow.

              All lines are identical and if your limits were lowered, or certain sports unavailable at SBG Global, they are also lowered or unavailable at BetNow.

              Their emails, rules, lines are all exactly the same.

              Occasionally one offers a slightly higher bonus but not always.

              They both pay promptly now but SBG Global has, and always will have, a low rating because they stole from players and refused to pay about a decade ago.

              I don't remember what the story was but SBG stiffed some players for various reasons.

                  Great feedback guys. I appreciate it all.

                  Frank that makes a lot of sense. I did see that the dates for most the bad complaints were quite a few years ago.
