the verification process basically turns into a mess...
I already provided photos from my ID with selfie, Passport with selfie, register certificate from my city with selfie and screens from my Ecopayz account.

and now this: Dear Customer,

To complete the verification, you have to pass a video interview about your GG.Bet account via Skype. Please submit your Skype login and a convenient time (in your time zone) for a call (it will take no more than 15 – 30 minutes) in reply to this email.

There is not much you can do but go through with it whether it is justified or not. Refusing won;t get you anywhere and their Curacao license holder will not take your side.

If they want a Skype conference then they probably suspect the registered account holder is not the person operating the account.

You'll probably need to answer questions about what you have deposited, when and how. What bets you have made. Maybe why you chose those bets. Maybe they will ask you about rules of the sports you have bet.

They probably have not found any other reason to deny your winnings yet and are going for anything they can find

Try to be cool with them, try not make excuses for anything, always sound like you are willing to give any info needed, and whatever you do try to not get mad at them. This person will pretty much decide what happens even if they claim they do not. And they will be looking for any reason to be suspicious, so have a plan to not sound that way.

Sound like you expect to be paid after this interview, because of course you will be as you know you've done nothing wrong.

Usually those calls do not last longer than 5 minutes and they are just asking some routine questions like personal data and betting history. 30 minutes wtf, this isn't a job interview...
