Does anyone know how to solve identity/ss# verification issues on fanduel/DK/uni/etc?

This is driving me insane so if anyone has any ideas I'm all ears. When me or my wife try to signup for any of the PA sportsbooks (fanduel/draftkings/parx/unibet/sugarhouse) we get a ID/ss# verification failed error. Some of them allow for manual verification by sending pictures of license/utility bill but some don't and I'm worried it could be a symptom of a bigger ss/ID problem so am trying desperately to fix it. When I ask them how they verify IDs they all say they use a "third party ID verification agency" but they aren't allowed to tell me who that is. After the equifax breach I froze me and my wife's credit reports at Equifax/Experian/Transunion/Chex/Innovis so my best guess is it is related to that, but I have tried temporary lifting the freeze and I still fail to verify. I've pulled my credit report from every site and quadruple checked all of our information and it definitely matches so I feel like it must be related to the freeze, but now that I'm not frozen I don't know what else to try.

Have you moved recently?

If you are a registered voter at a different address it could be the issue.

Requesting reversals on a card that is attached to a joint account might affect you both like that.

The ID verification service may not query your credit report real time by the way, they may just use the cached results they already have if it is a recent query from their side too.

There could be 100 different pieces of public information that the ID verification service looks for as well. Thye wont tell you which thing did not pass auto checks.

You'll just have to go through manual KYC I'd think.

Optional is point on with the move...I had my xpressbet account frozen after I moved and I updated my address online due to the verifying system they use. I had to send CS DL with new address and utility bill and they reopened....Major pain esp if you have accounts in Wife's name behind her back

Thanks for the replies. We’ve owned our house for 5 years and it’s a straightforward address (and it matches all of the credit reports) so I don’t think it’s that. The not querying my report real-time makes a lot of sense, my credit reports have now been unfrozen for a week but maybe I just have to give it time for this ID verification service to refresh? I assume there’s no way I can force them to refresh if I don’t even know who this “agency” is.
