To all of 1XBET Partners and affiliates
I have to expose 1XBET’s scam to the partners.
Hope this will help to prevent having more victims of 1XBET.
I am MA (Master agency) for 1XBET, and I signed up contract with 1XBET February 2, 2017 (# 1).
According to the contract, 1XBET provide the website and platform for my own clients. Now. I have around 200 clients using this platform.
1XBET suddenly blocked MA's account (#2) without any notice.
I requested to 1XBET to fix it however, no response until now.
The MA’s account contains 200 Korean clients personal information and their money (more than USD150,000)
Clients don’t know where they get the money back, what the clients can only see is Chelsea, FC Barcelona, Liverpool and other papular sponsors and they are expecting the sponsors are helping to fix this issues.
My clients are so worried about their money but I can not promise them anything because I don’t event know when the account will be activated.
As you can see the red box in the contract (#1), it is 1XBET's duty to provide the platform with the URL.
I really don’t want to create any problems however, I have to protect my clients.
As being a Sponsor or affiliate, you can easily pass on your opinion to 1XBET, because if 1XBET does something wrong, it will make the sponsor's reputation bad.
I already told my clients this situation, if this problem does not fixed, every single clients would say something online (SNS), which is not good for all of us.
It will be the best way for you to contact somebody in 1xbet to fix this problem before it breaks down your reputation.
Thank you."
