    Bet-IBC / Vip-IBC is a Scam
Just wanted to express my frustration and short story with VIP-IBC's, that demonstrates why everyone should stay away from those people.

Opened an account with them, because they convinced me it would have higher limits, and lower margins than ps3838. https://www.vip-ibc.com/en/about-vip-ibc/

I said I would like to deposit with bitcoin, and then they provided me an address for the deposit.. Stupid me didn't read all the rules (trusted the good faith of chat operator), and sent 0.035btc (231€ at the time of transaction, just 5% difference from today's rates).

I waited for the 6th confirmation, to check that the deposit was not yet credited. I talk again with the operator who quickly asks me if I want to proceed with the Express Deposit (wtf..) that costs 10%, otherwise I would have to wait up to 72h before it's credited (on asianconnect they provide a reasonable rate before deposit, and credit it very fast as soon as the network confirmations are there)

After 72h, I receive an email asking for the KYC (on ps3838 asianconnect no one ever asked me for documents before asking withdrawals). I send the documents and after few hours I receive an email telling that my deposit is confirmed. 182€ are deposited on my account (at this time I was already down -49€ / -27%) of the deposit I made.. I asked them the maths behind this, and they informed that for crypto deposit the rules are: "the rate applied is the lowest of the last 72h timeframe, and an additional 5%" - it explains the 72h delay...

At this point I was like: "ok, complete ripoff, but at least I have a fuciking vip-ibs account with amazing odds, and bigger limits"... but no, the odds on all active sports (soccer, ufc, etc..) are all worse than ps3838 (a product that they also provide), and that was the main argument they used to convinced me opening an account on the "private vip platform". It would have the best odds because it picks the best odds of every platforms.. bullshit.

OK, it's time to withdrawal. I was already prepared for another fist in the ass, and didn't even read the terms.. because I had no option at this time, just waited for the surprise.
Asked the whole balance 182€ and waited 2 days... Today I received it on my address 0.019btc / 120€ .

Just for the curiosity I asked them the maths behind this:
10% fee for no turnover, 5% fee exchange EUR to btc , 1% fee standard withdrawal fee, 5% wrong filled in form ; and 10% fee for withdrawing prior no bets as anti laundry money policy
I asked them why tf I was charged with wrong form, the answer is brilliant:

your full name is xxx da yyy zzz
in the form you included xxx yyy zzz
and the system freezes when was checking it
    Total loss 111€ / ~50%
I have no words for this..

They are a crazy set of fees, but all of them are documented on their site.

People who want what they offer bad enough will pay all that, is why they do it.

If you do not use Bitcoin you can avoid most of them.

They are vague on some fees

            e.g.:

When making a request for a withdrawal or a transfer of funds between accounts, please make sure that the information is accurate and that the forms are properly filled out. If either of the above is incorrect, then the request will either be deleted by our system automatically, or higher fees may be imposed. Also note that the fees might be taken from your account while withdrawaing the money.
It doesn't say anything about the amount of the fees though.

            16. You acknowledge that BET-IBC has the right to amend the transfer fees in certain cases.

or e.g. rule 13: A player is obliged to generate 1x turnover before submitting the first withdrawal request. In case the requirement is not met, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 10% or delay the cashout until the turnover requirement is met.

As a player you would guess that they rather cancel or delay your withdrawal or ask you if you still want to proceed before charging 10%.

Generally, whenever a term concerning a fee implies the words "may be imposed" or "reserve the right to charge" then you can be sure that they will charge the maximum possible fee. They will never inform a player beforehand.

Yes, that would be my advice, too. Only use fiat money. Always double-check the withdrawal form. Make sure that the express option is unchecked. Make sure you enter your email address twice. If you have doubts about the fees, ask the live chat before requesting a withdrawal (if you catch someone who has a good day he or she might give you the correct information )

Their attitude to fees surely has to be counterproductive - how many people does it piss off who never return? Not a sensible approach when your business is built around volume.

I agree with you. After reading about their crazy fees I will never even think about signing up with bet-ibc.

I also described them in quite great length:

                  Will never return there.

I stopped using them after they charge me a 5% fee for not putting my full name on the withdraw form.
Live chat is very rude, I went there to complain, they actually told me what idiot I am by not putting my full name.
They are borderline scam, they actually have a fee for everything.

They obviously aren’t in the business of betting. Horrible operation designed to just accumulate fees.

I used to be kind of happy with bet-ibc. Their limits were better than elsewhere (ISN odds and pin odds were better, I think), so I could live with the commission. The 5% fee with the express withdrawal is really sneaky(feels like a rip off to me) since that option is enabled by default. Absolutely make sure to disable that option when withdrawing, I learnt it the hard way.

But anyway, are their limits still better than at sportmarket/AC? Last time I checked was in the middle of march before this corona mess really got going. After that I've withdrawn all my funds. At that time were limits were really low overall. Well, IBC and SBO werent really usuable anyway, but pin and isn had lower limits as well.

I wonder, if it would be better to switch to sportmarket for example after most football leagues start again. I know, their fees are lower but limits can be an issue for me, since I mostly bet on small leagues.

Sportmarket is 1000x times better than Bet-IBC.

I just checked some limits at AC. They seem to have full Pinnacle limits again. Can anyone confirm? Are the limits displayed in the interface real or fake?

PS3838 via AC still 50% off though. 100% limits only available via AsianOdds platform which still seems to be shitty as they don't cover all available markets, at least not in time.

My account at SM is inactive but I asked a friend and he said that he still has shitty limits there, even below the 50% cut.

Man, feel for you, but it is a lesson that you need to do research before using any new bookies/bokers.

Those spending a lot on marketing are OFTEN scammers....or they won't spend that much on marketing.

If you have asked everything clearly, I guess their operators won't tell lies to you.

Basically this, as long as you follow the rules and pay attention to what you do you wont have any problems.
I have been using then for months now, just make sure you don't make any mistakes on your part, always go on chat to check for withdraws, etc. And everything will be alright.

If you don't like express, simply don't use it, if you don't like the taxes for BTC, use FIAT, etc.
