On 05/07 pm you could't log to the betkeen website ; this is the message displayed:

    "Maintenance in progress,
    we’ll be back soon!
Sorry for the inconvenience but we’re performing some maintenance at
the moment. If you need to you can always contact us, otherwise we’ll be
    back online shortly!
    ⇒ BETKEEN
    — The Easysportbet Team "

Having a bet engaged before this problem happened, i contacted the customer service to ask to refund clients but they really don't care. Their message:

"We understand your frustration, however no refund of bets will be processed due to the unavailability of the platforms for technical or other reasons.

What about you? Have you experiment this situation ?

I admit that I'm unfamiliar with Betkeen, but why do you believe that you should entitled to a refund of a committed wager just because their website was down after the wager was already committed?

I guess he wanted to use the cash out function to trade his bet.

But frankly no bookmaker or exchange will refund in a case like this one. On Betfair it used to happen many times (especially on Saturdays ) and they never refunded anyone, and I don't think any other bookmaker will, even the best rated ones.

I use the betting exchange to buy/sell odds with cashout. When the book is down i must hedge my bet on another book to be delta neutral (-1+1) on my bet. For me void the bet is easier solution, of course. Lol...

You have no right to a cash out.
