1xBit issue on deposit (not credited!)
    Hi everyone!

I sent 23.05 mBTC (0.02305 BTC) to the account xxxxxxxxxxx on Friday, June 5th morning.
    The deposit address was xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The transaction has hundreds of confirmations (hash: But nothing appears on the account !!!

Naturally I asked support-en@1x-bit.com to credit the sum to the account or to send me back the sum. And they immediately redirected me towards security@1x-bit.com.
After a dozen of e-mails from Friday to Sunday, they answered to my last e-mail, on Sunday evening, where I didn't put my account number in the subject line and threatened to post my issue on forums. They wrote : "The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to accept a bet from any individual without giving a reason."

I told them this answer is completely unrelated to my case and insisted thrice. But no more answer from them.
On Monday, I used a mock e-mail address and they answered the same thing.

Do you know of a way to take proper actions against 1xBit ? They clearly stole my coins there. I have screenshots and a video screenrecord to support the facts.

If it was 1xbet we probably could help with a simple issue like this.

But 1xbit have refused to discuss matters with SBR and our 1xbet contacts say they have no influence over them.

If you send in a Sportsbook Complaint form we can try asking for you at least though.

I don't know for sure, but after a dozen or so emails, 2 burned email accounts, and 4 days, you might be very angry. So Step 1 is to calm down, take a deep breath and stop conversing with them in an indignant tone. It might make you feel better temporarily but it will get you nowhere. These people hold your money and an act however they want, so you're at their mercy.

I would honestly cease all communications for now and see if SBR can get a positive response.

        Best of luck!

Agree. It's not advisable to play there.

In my opinion, 1xbit chose a similar name with 1xbet to save money so they don't need any advertising LOL.
              Great move marketing team

SBR representatives have taken my issue in charge very quickly. But it has been 15 days since their last answer... No updates on my situation after some follow-ups though...
