I think they disabled the phone during covid-19. Don't know if there's a more direct way, but I scroll down to bottom and click "help" link; next click on any subject (e.g., banking); scroll down on FAQ for that subject and click "no" asking if it was helpful or useful (something like that); and finally you get an option to pick "chat live".

This is almost always the answer. Books sometimes hide their live chat, but it's ALWAYS available on the deposit page. You can guess why that is.

Then tried E-Mail and unable to select an option with all fields required so no dice there either

wasnt able to send e mail thru the site so just e mailed cs and received
an auto response that states it could take awhile.this sucks ...i cant login
or get any immediate type of response...give it a couple days?

They are asking me to verify my phone number all of a sudden, but their system is not sending an SMS message to my phone. They also won't let you withdraw without verifying your phone. Their system will lock you out of your account after 6 verification attempts. Concerning...

This is a commonly reported issue. Chat with them and they should be able to help you resolve.

Do they have the correct phone number?

Any chance you input a fake one when first registering there?

That is a good question. I confirmed they have the correct one. They said they would escalate and send me an email.

They have a fairly new Bitcoin Exclusive Membership. You have to opt in for this but must use bitcoin for your deposits/payouts(they turn off other options). I've heard that others are getting slightly different perks but each week they are giving me 50% cash match(10x roll), 25 slot spins(the game has changed weekly) and 15k bonus rewards points. Ignition Casino has the bitcoin membership as well(they gave me same weekly as bovada along with $11 poker tournament ticket). As far as the OP's question, a couple of months ago I realized that Bovada has a community forum and often times it seems like the mods on there can sort out issues a lot faster than live chat.

This is a widely reported issue the past few weeks. Not necessarily just here in this forum. In fact, it happened to me too. But i had been meaning to change the phone number on my account anyways, and after I did that with support, the SMS verification started working again. Not sure why. I've seen others say they have had this issue resolved by contacting support.

So have they really fallen this far since pandemic? Bovada did away with daily cashback and replaced it with a catchy promotion called Bitcoin EXCLUSIVE that promises weekly cashback as well as 1 deposit bonus per week. Well they are 3+ weeks into EXCLUSIVE promo and what do you know.........NO CASHBACK will be given today as in the new promotion rules due to another "issue"!!!🤔

Who cares about cash back when they are giving 50% cash bonuses up to $500 each week. Best promotion going. Period.

This. You'll only get your 50% bonus if you lose. If you win, expect to be labeled a "skillful player" and guilty of bonus abuse and not get paid on your winnings.

Die from old age? It's a 10x rollover. That's like 10-15 bets. Don't deposit $1000 if you are going to bet $10 per game. Take a bonus you can actually clear.

He has an axe to grind against Bovada...about 90% of his posts are whining about something.

Not the biggest fan of Bovada but the bitcoin exclusive weekly promos and perks are pretty solid.

well said. don't deposit high just to get more free money when your bets are going to be small. i learned that the hard way in the past in my 20's also. got blinded by the free money and had an obnoxious rollover multiple times that did not fit my gambling style.

I took your suggestion. Chat support asked me several other account verification questions, before changing the phone number, although I never received an SMS message on the other phone either. Fortunately, I am no longer seeing the "Your phone is not yet verified" message anymore, so I am assuming the problem is solved.

Does anyone else have a blank username in their profile settings? I have been using Bovada since 2013 and it looks like I was never given a user name. Wondering if this was the issue with my account. Tried to set it, but it tells me "Oops, something went wrong. Try again."

It may be solved temporarily but not permanently. Bovada's new phone verification function is not a one-time thing. I've had to do it several times over the past few months.
