I have experienced a delayed settlement of my winning bets on the PS3838, I understand that brokers or agency have nothing to do with the settlement of bets (As I also experienced this kind of instances with my other accounts under different services) but I came to bookielink live chat and ask If they can help me follow-up the settlement of my bets and that's what they did. #529PIWI exchange
Hi everyone, my name is Paulo, i´m new here, so i hope you are all doing well.
I am a piwi exchange customer, and recently the site changed. Of course piwi, i beleive, is a mirror site from Orbit, so in fact its Orbit that has changed.
The site is much more dificult to quickly trade our bets, in my opinion.
I don't know if anyone here have that experience also, but i would like to hear from you.
I already reached Orbit customer support but i dont beleive they will change anything.
Hope to hear from your experiences and know your opinion.

I thought most of the scamming was as a result of Orbit Exchange, which has one of the worst reputations of any betting site in the industry; although Bet In Asia didn't seem to offer adequate assistance to scammed customers.Comment -
#534Dirty little tricks in Piwi exchange with Asianconnect
Hello folks,
Today, i bet on a basket match and it ended in a loss. You know that too huh!!!
At the end of regulation time the two teams were draw, and the match will continue into extra time, according the basket rules. ok.ok.
But, but, Piwi suspended the market just after the end of the regular time, and during all the extra time, so that it was impossible to get out of my bet.
They closed the match market when it suits them. The market had to stay open during the overtime of the match.
Therefore i ask Asianconnect to void or refund my bet, but they don't care about my concerns.
This is their response :
We are sorry for the inconvenience that you faced. Upon checking please be informed that, as for the suspension of the market, you may refer to the posted rules and regulations of PIWI247.
Stated at : PIWI247 aims to use its reasonable endeavours to suspend in-play markets at the start of and at the end of the event. However, regardless of what it says in the Market Information, PIWI247 does not guarantee that such markets will be suspended at the relevant time.

#535I have a question regarding Betinasia providers. Could someone explain in more detail and reliably their liquidity, specifically for what was once OrbitX and now the Sharp platform? Some players have basic liquidity markets, similar to other platforms like Betfair, while others have 10-20X greater liquidity. I've been trying to get an answer from them about when and how a player gets access to that stronger liquidity, but they always give vague answers, along with a few guidelines and several other factors. So, I suspect that the story they tell might not be entirely true. If anyone could clarify this, it would be appreciated.Comment -
#536Reminder of warning about betinasia scamming users
DO not promote this scam operation.
If you do not think they are, read the unanswered message to the owner below before you start arguing.
BETINASIA IS A SCAM OPERATION
SBR users continue to be scammed by these rouge Betfair partners.
Today we see yet another report of fake losing cricket bets added to an OrbitX account to drain the balance and as always, the broker acting like this is unknown to them and is the customers fault.
EVERYONE IN THE INDUSTRY KNOWS ABOUT THIS. Do not let them lie to you or make you think that they really think you are at fault.
If you get ripped off, complain to Betfair about their partner OrbitX or the scammy broker who is lying to you that they think it's your fault.
I want to share something. The owner of Betinasia reached out to me a month or two ago acting ignorant and wanting to know why I would think that Betinasia and OrbitX have been scamming many people.
I am going to post my response to him as he never responded even after reaching out to me for a conversation.
DO NOT BE TRICKED. THE BROKER INDUSTRY AND ORBITX ARE A BROKEN SYSTEM. DON"T TELL ANYONE TO USE THEM ANYMORE. TOO MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED NOW.
Reply to Betinasia owner asking why SBR would think they are a scam; (no response ever came back)
The opinion comes after many attempts to reach out to you to help both yourselves and users resolve problems with BetInAsia accounts being drained, and getting stonewalled or ignored or simply given nonsense responses from your staff.
There have been way too many complaints about balances going missing from your account holders who are then given no respect or assistance to investigate or properly resolve the issue. It became very obvious over time that BIA are involved in draining customer accounts or covering up the issue.
To seriously try to tell me Betinasia has never had a problem in 10 years tells me you are probably no less of a waste of time to talk to as your customers have found your staff over many years. Do you really believe that?? There is little point to a conversation if you do. Please educate yourself about your own company before wasting my time trying to "discuss" anything.
If you want to know any specifics, you are welcome to use the forum search function. Here are a few threads to get you started;
https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3706209-bia-orbit-account-suspenden.htmlDiscuss Sportsbook News, Disputes, Sportsbook Ratings and Feedback.
And these are just some public posts. There have been a lot more privately submitted complaints about BIA which mostly sound like the exact same MO. Even when many people came to you saying I have never bet cricket and large cricket bets have appeared in my account and all lost draining it you tried to treat them like THEY are the lying scammers. Over and again, the same response. We know that your company knows, as you use a standard response to the victims we see over and again.
Did you really not realize your company is this terrible?
If you want to discuss anything with me you'll need to show some openness and honesty. I have wasted as much time as I ever plan to trying to help resolve problem reports for BIA with arrogant company reps who just stick their head in the sand and deny everything as customers continue to be shafted.

#538I am
not promoting anyone here, nor am I referring to myself. I simply asked if anyone knows the verified and accurate story about liquidity because there are rumors that they are scamming people. It is said that this "high liquidity" is actually their own money (from their agents), who pose as bettors and play against you. This means that players are not competing against each other, but directly against them, which leads to the conclusion that they manipulate the market. I also read somewhere that when a player becomes profitable, that strong liquidity is removed because it means their agents are being pushed into the red. Now, this is what I’ve heard, I don’t know for sure, which is why I wanted to hear someone’s opinion if they have verified information. As for Brtinasia as a brokerage company, they are everything but what they are supposed to be. I don’t have a single good word to say about them, but my interest was solely in the story about liquidity, and that’s all.Comment -
#539There is a new platform called OddJusta, which is also a Betfair clone. However, unlike other exchange sites, they allow the use of software and pull their API from Betfair. They are available in all countries where Betfair isn't. I'm not promoting them, but just letting you know that there is a site where you don't need intermediaries like brokerage houses such as BetInAsia and similar services.
The only drawback of OddJusta is their high commission, which I believe is 5%. Additionally, deposits and withdrawals can currently only be made via cryptocurrencies. They are still new and have just recently started operating.
Their advantage is that they offer two trading software tools completely free for their users, and the market liquidity is sourced from the Betfair platform.Comment -

#544Just to respond to the post claiming access is not possible: first of all, they offer all the markets that Betfair provides, except for LAY bets on horse racing, which are not allowed on any site. Everything else is more or less the same. Maybe they don’t have some sports that Betfair offers, but essentially, it’s all the same. The only countries where they are not available, as they themselves have stated, are Brazil and Portugal.
From Germany, I can’t access OddJust without a VPN service, but that’s the least of the problems. The most important thing is that the account is opened directly on their website, and you don’t need any intermediary or agent, such as the aforementioned scammers and fraudsters. They all more or less engage in market manipulation, scamming, voiding bets as it suits them, and so on. This has already been discussed, so there’s no need to repeat it.Comment -
#545Betinasia is definitely a scam. I will provide a few examples of what happened to me and their responses to my complaints.
A match was ongoing, and there was a situation in the penalty area at 16 meters. The game continued, and I entered the under-goals market. After 30 seconds, the referee was signaled from the VAR room, and a review of the disputed situation began. I repeat, I entered the market after the disputed situation, which led to the awarding of a penalty. A goal was scored, and I ended up with a loss. I wrote to them and explained that I was in a suspended market while the VAR review was taking place, and that my bet should be voided because the VAR process begins from the moment of the disputed situation. However, they responded that this was not the case and that my bet was placed correctly.
Following this, I did the same in another match since I have a fast stream for watching games. After a suspicious situation in the penalty area, I entered the over-goals market, where a penalty was again awarded and a goal was scored, resulting in a profit for me. But, to my surprise, my bet ID was voided. Their response was that I had abused the market by entering during the VAR review process, which is absolute theft and proof that they operate as they wish. They have no clearly defined and publicly available rules for such situations, allowing them to manipulate as they please.
This is just one example from my personal experience, and there are many more. It would take me a long time to write them all down, but this is enough... They heavily manipulate the market. They have different liquidity levels for players precisely to engage in manipulation. The 2.5% to 3% commission they take as a platform is nothing compared to how agents and Betinasia steal from players in all possible ways, from draining money through manipulated cricket matches to heavy market manipulation during the game itself. For example, they remove market liquidity as soon as you start making a profit, and there are open positions in various situations where they can lure you into the market and steal your money. These brokerage companies are a complete scam, especially Betinasia!Comment -

It is throwing insult upon injury the way they rush to call customers scammers as they scam the customer themselves. And I do not mean once or twice. Dozens of reports exactly like this how they accuse the customers they scam of cheating..Comment -
#547Exactly, I just forgot to mention that when I entered the OVER goals market and made a profit, they promptly sent me the start and end time of the VAR technology as well as the time of my entry into the trade. However, when I sent them the bet ID for my entry into the UNDER goals market in exactly the same situation, I never received a response or the time, which clearly shows the kind of relationship they have with players and how much of a scam it really is. Once I learned to avoid their traps and potential situations that were bad for me and my money, and when I stopped giving them opportunities to steal from me and started making serious profits, they immediately restricted my liquidity, which clearly shows that their agents are playing against the players. And this is their response to my question about the liquidity restriction; Thank you for reaching out to us.
-Kindly note that we have thoroughly optimized the liquidity for your account, taking into account your unique betting patterns, as well as the potential for adjustments made on the platform to be revisited or modified in the future.
The account settings are configured according to a sophisticated system designed to promote a seamless and efficient betting experience for all platform users. This system takes into account various factors, such as individual betting patterns and prevailing market conditions, with the goal of ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for each customer.
If we can assist with anything else related to this matter or any else, let us know.
We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Kind regards,
And they present it all as if it's for my own good, claiming they care about every player, blah blah blah... But when I pointed out that this isn't true, that I would actually benefit from higher liquidity, and that they need to listen to the feedback players personally send them, not some supposedly sophisticated system, hahahahaha, as soon as I mentioned that this was due to my profits and that I know their agents are using their own money against the players, they went silent and stopped responding. I don't know what else to add, but it's clear to me what they're up to, and people should start speaking out more and writing about them as brokers to show what kind of fraudulent activities they're involved in and the ways BETINASIA tries to make fools out of players.Comment -

#550Dear people, I wish all members here a happy new year 2025.
I'm very interested of what I read in this thread because, as a lot of bettors, I lost big winnings opportunities since Betfair closed their doors in many countries due to betting legislation (France in my case). I can't count how many bets I would have won backing first and laying then, to be "all green" on significant markets. So until now I had to let my bet opens until the end, and some big turnarounds ****** me on 2018-2024 period. It was so frustrating.
On classic bookmakers, it is nearly impossible to trade out. Please, never try their "SELL YOUR BET" option because it's simply a robbery.
(ex : 1xbet - Backed tonight Jak Jones (snooker) @ 3.13 for 50€ at 1-2 down vs. Allister Carter. Then JJ came back to 2-2, led in the final frame, JJ dropped @ 1,37. They proposed me to sold my bet 68 euros. So I let it until the end and I won fortunalety. Are they penetrating serious ?)
I tried to register a new account on Betfair nearly 2020 but they suspended it after 1-month use.
Three weeks ago, I decided to open an account on Piwi247 but I did not try yet. It looks like they are ok. But I really would like to know who is behind ? Betfair ? Pinnacle ? Both ? I always thought Betfair were reluctant to share their "API EXCHANGE KNOWLEDGE". In addition, I never tried Orbite Exchange.
I remember years ago (maybe 3 or 4) a french moderator from the biggest french sportbetting community on web advised me to register on Betinasia. But their website scared me. So I gave up.
I will share my own experience of Piwi247 after some months of use.Comment -

#552All sites like OrbitX Exchange, which no longer collaborates with Betinasia, or the new one offering Sharp, are more or less highly risky and unreliable because access is only possible through specific brokers. This is never a good option, as they seriously manipulate the market and market liquidity with their own money. This creates numerous traps in which players can fall and lose their money in a subtle way, with no consequences for these brokerage companies.
The only current platform on the market that is directly connected to Betfair's API is a site called Oddjusta. Everything is absolutely the same as on the Betfair platform, and only Betfair stands behind them. They allow software usage and even offer two free software options for their users. Most importantly, they have their own platform without any brokers involved. The only drawback at the moment is that deposits and withdrawals are made via cryptocurrencies, but I believe they will eventually regulate this with more options.
To avoid repeating myself, I’ve already written about my experiences with these platforms, the various scams they use, the liquidity manipulation, and how they reduce it when you’re profitable. So, I’ll simply emphasize again: stay away from those exchange sites accessible only through brokerage companies like Betinasia and similar ones.Comment -
#553What is your source ?
I mean you are the only one to mention them here. And, in my case, it's first time I read their name.
It looks like they have a licence in Curacao.
From their website :

1.4 If You have any questions about the Site or the Services, or in the event that You have any complaint or dispute regarding the Services, You should email Our customer services team at suporte@oddjusta.comComment -
#554I mention them as an alternative to Betfair. When money is placed on the market through software, I noticed it also appears on the Betfair platform, meaning they share the same source of liquidity. They operate as a direct site and do not rely on providers to reach them, allowing software usage just like on the Betfair platform. This is completely different from BetInAsia and other providers, who are essentially traditional bookmakers. Most of them have licenses from Malta, Curacao, and so on.
Of course, everyone should do some research for themselves first. I use them and have absolutely no issues so far, unlike the problems I previously mentioned with BetInAsia on the OrbitX platform, as well as on the Sharp platform they launched after ending their partnership with the OrbitX platform. If I encounter even the slightest problem, I will certainly share it, but for now, everything is fine.Comment -
#555Orbitxch via Premiumtradings suspended account with €4000
HI SBR and happy new year. My Orbit account is suspended since 8/1/2025 and my funds were forfeited (€4000).
After contacting Premiumtradings, they informed me that Orbit is accusing me of "money passing" fraud.
Their action is malicious with the aim of defrauding me and stealing my funds. My betting activity is limited to major markets such as the NBA, NFL and occasionally to Euroleague basketball and only in-play betting, making any attempt to transfer money impossible and very risky. Additionally, the betting amounts were very small in relation to market liquidity, which means that I could not have leveraged the market. Finally, I can prove through corresponded bets that the use of Orbit was exclusively for betting and not for any other fraudulent activity. Unfortunately I don't have access to the betting history since their decision to close the account was immediate, as a result, I cannot legally prove that I was scammed and my funds were stolen.
At this point the behavior of Premiumtradings is suspicious. As agent is solely responsible for opening and closing accounts. In addition, they also closed the FairExchange account, blocking €39, without reasoning and without any betting activity for over a year. Also they closed the PS3838 and Premiumtradings accounts, fortunately without funds. The above actions clearly show that the fraud against me was coordinated and collaborative.
Τoday I made complaints to the curacao authorities.

#558I created a new account at Bookiecity a few months ago and had 2 accounts with them - orbit and ps3838. I started off slow but in few months was depositing 4 and 5 figures with them. A couple of weeks ago, I had about 10k in my orbit account and decided to transfer 3k to ps3838 due to low liquidity on exchange for a game I liked. I placed the bet and went to sleep. Next day I saw 6950 EUROS in my account and assumed the bet won. I continued to play on both orbit and ps3838 and grew my account to more than 20k on orbit and 13k on ps3838 while requesting small withdrawals every day, which were processed timely initially but slowly being to be delayed more than 24 hrs citing some excuses.
A couple of days back I lost orbit account balance and requested a transfer of 8K EUROS from ps3838 to orbit. My account was suspended immediately. Chat as always was useless and asked me to wait 24 hrs. Next day I saw this email from support:
"Dear xxxx,
We wanted to inform you that your account was mistakenly credited with €6,950. As a result, all bets placed on or after 3/1 will be voided, and your account balance will be reset to €0.
Due to this issue, we are unable to proceed with your transfer and withdrawal request at this time.
If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to contact our support team.
Kind regards ,Team BookieCity"
I checked my history and the 3k bet had actually lost and they were right about the mistaken credit. They are entitled to keep that credit but how can they keep my winnings? I was risking it thinking its my own money. And if I had lost that 6950 EUROS credit, they would have deducted that amount from my orbit account which had more than 10k all this while. So why would they take away my winnings? They cited the bets have been voided but I can clearly see the bets have been graded just fine is ps3838, they just stole my money. After numerous emails and chats, I decided to raise a complaint against Gaming Commission.
I asked chat with whom they are licensed and they said "Isle of Man" and even their website claimed the same. But upon asking the license details, they said everything is on the website and blocked me off chat after that. I went ahead and raised the complaint on Isle of Man website. Next day I got this response which shocked me:
"Dear player,
Thank you for contacting the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission.
I can confirm that this website (bookiecity.com) is not licensed by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission. You may check whether an operator is genuinely licensed by the GSC on our website here.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Occasionally unlicensed operators will falsely purport to be licensed by the GSC, and details of operators we become aware of can be found here. We have previously been made aware of Bookiecity.
Unfortunately I will be unable to assist further in this matter.
If you believe that you may have been the victim of a fraud this matter should also be reported to your local police.
If you are concerned that you may have been the victim of a fraud you may also wish to contact your bank or credit card provider to discuss any payments you may have made.
Kind regards,
Steph"
Please pay attention to the bold text above. The link https://www.isleofmangsc.com/gamblin...ling-websites/ shows that bookiecity has been falsely claiming that they are licensed with Isle of Man whereas the truth is that they are not licensed!!! Woah.. I was trusting these guys with 5 digits!! Cant believe this at all..
I am not hopeful to be honest that anyone will be able to help me with this case on this forum against an unlicensed operator. But I want you all to share this post across all platforms so that when someone searches bookiecity on google, the tope result shows their truth on the top.
UPDATE:- I sent the email from Gaming Commission to bookiecity and they removed the icon of "Isle of Man Gaming Commission" from their website.
- They have totally blocked me off chat, tried incognito and different devices, they would say HI but wont respond after I ask them about this case. Can you imagine being in such a case when you feel like you are talking to a wall when they owe you some money? Current and potential new players Please stay away!!!

#559Account Suspension and Fund Retention in Orbit Exchange
Dear SBR Community,
I am writing to seek guidance regarding a serious issue that has significantly impacted my professional activity on Orbit Exchange, managed through ASIAN Connect. My account was suspended on January 4, 2025, without a clear explanation, and a substantial amount of funds remains unjustly frozen.
I am a professional trader specializing in football and tennis markets, and I decided to reactivate my Orbit Exchange account after having unsatisfactory experiences with platforms that charge excessive commissions. Following recommendations from colleagues who vouched for the reliability of this service, I deposited €3,000 and began trading actively. During this time, my activity included both significant losses and gains, reflecting my active and professional involvement in the markets. However, after securing considerable profits in a documented transaction, my account was abruptly suspended.
Details of the Trade
The incident occurred on January 4, 2025, during the football match between Boavista and Arouca:
I placed two lay bets against Arouca: one for €5,000 at odds of 1.14 and another for €1,000 at the same odds.
After Boavista equalized, I backed Arouca with €4,500 at odds of 4.78, considering they had one more player on the field.
During injury time, following a penalty in favor of Arouca (resulting in a 1-2 scoreline), I covered my winning position with an additional lay bet of €14,000 at odds of 1.05.
All these trades fully complied with Orbit Exchange rules and are thoroughly documented.
Current Issue
That same night, my account was suspended without prior notice. Since then:
ASIAN Connect claims that "the case is under review," but after 12 days, I have not received any resolution.
Curaçao eGaming, the regulatory authority, states that they do not have jurisdiction to intervene in my case, which is deeply disappointing considering their supervisory role.
This situation not only prevents me from operating but also jeopardizes a substantial amount of legitimately obtained funds. I have acted in full compliance with Orbit Exchange's rules and have documented every trade in detail.
Request for Assistance
I am reaching out to this forum to request advice from other members who may have faced similar situations or have experience in resolving disputes with platforms like this. Any recommendations would be invaluable in defending my rights and achieving a fair resolution.
Thank you for taking the time to read this message and for any support you may offer.Comment -
