A few days ago I opened an account at betcity.ru, I had few euros left on my credit card, saw they accept low deposits and wanted to try. So, I made a deposit of 5 euros. 13 bets later, 12 bets won and one lost, when my balance was 25.17 euros, I have already been banned from betting. 
What kind of shitty bookmaker does this?
Whenever I tried to bet, I received this message: 'Upper limit is exceeded'. I bet on normal games, didn't take any bonus, didn't take any free bet or similar, I just bet on who will will in a normal soccer game or on over/under market. I can't believe that any bookie would ban someone for reaching 25 euros.
Anyway, when I got a ban, I wanted to withdraw the money obviously, but I always got this message when I clicked on withdraw button: Funds withdrawal is possible only according to the entries used for funds deposit into this gaming account.
I sent them an email asking why I can't bet anymore and why I can't withdraw and this is what they sent me:
I tried to withdraw with skrill, neteller and credit card and I always got above mentioned message. Problem is that the card I used to deposit money can't receive the money and I guess they will insist on that and that I will never get paid. What can I do here with this shitty bookmaker in order to get those 25 euros?
