Question about bonuses and eligibility.

I am an American citizen with an American passport. I have residence in Vietnam with bank statements and everything else that goes along with proving where I live. Every new book that I have contacted about depositing with bitcoin to get bonuses have been rejected. They have told me that they are only eligible for Americans. I am an American just living out of the country. I do know that books keep information on players etc. I have many accounts from different books throughout the years and I am a losing gambler. What gives on the whole bonus thing just because I live in a different country, I am not eligible ?

They think certain countries are more likely to produce scammers, multi-accounters, bonus abusers, etc.
