BetOnline does not allow withdrawals while you have bets pending

Tried to make a withdrawal at BOL today and was told by LiveChat that I could not because I cannot withdraw while there are bets pending.

Some of my bets are futures that won't settle until the end of the year. By this new(??) policy, I have no access to my balance until all those bets are settled.

This policy seems completely absurd and not something a top book would implement. So I asked the representative several times to confirm that this is the policy. She said she envestigated[sic] this rule multiple times and confirms that it's the case. I have the entire transcript and there is no doubt in what she has told me.

Has anyone else run into this problem? I have withdrawn at every major book regardless of whether or not bets were pending. Who would play at a sportsbook where you can't?

Sounds absurd indeed. I'm making weekly withdrawals with them (as recently as yesterday) and always have pending bets on.

Yup you got it. It gave me the error that I had a rollover left trying to withdraw with BTC, but my rollover has been 0/0 for around 3 months at least. When I talked to them they said it wasn't rollover that was the issue but that I had pending wagers. Hope it gets resolved soon.

I'm pretty sure it's just a rogue rep that's making stuff up, but the major concern was how sure she was that no payouts were allowed if there were pending wagers. It was true conviction and I have the transcript. If I don't receive a response, I'll go ahead and open a complaint.

But pretty sure someone will fix it. Email works better than live chat for getting anything more than a simple issue fixed in my experience.

That's a mistake. I've always had futures pending when taking payouts from BOL, and I've never had a problem.

I recently had a similar issue as OP. I went to withdraw and it said I had remaining RO when I didn't. On chat they said it was because I had a bet pending. Luckily my bet got settled same day and I got my payout.
This obviously needs to be fixed. BOL is a top notch book. I'm sure they'll handle it correctly once it's brought to their attention.

Did you take the 5% Bitcoin boost bonus when you made a deposit?

There's a 3 time rollover in that as well, which could explain why the website won't let you withdraw.

Please update us on this! No withdrawls with pending wagers ( without warning) would turn a book from A to F overnight if thats a new rule. Imagine have a future that takes months or years.

Never bet futures on a site you take bonus money- assuming that is the issue.

One of the only times I make the trek to NJ/NY/PA nowadays is to bet futures. I refuse to bet that stuff on a site where I take bonuses.

Not sure what's up here, but I've had bets pending on the superbowl since the beginning of the NFL season, and have made 5 withdrawals from Bol over the last 3 weeks with no problem. And fast too, not one has taken over 30 minutes.

No way this is true. Unless they changed the rule today which I doubt. Every time I cashout I have pending wagers.

I would just enter the chat until a man answers. They understand sports betting better and will know it’s absurd and track down someone to help you. Sounds like she was just following to the book and there is a mixup or something.
