Mostbet.com not paying

Hey,
This really is ridiculous but Mostbet stopped withdrawing my money.

I successfully withdrawed a sum of 703€, but there are 206€ left and they don't pay anymore.

They always withdrawed my money within minutes, but now 10 days passed and although it always says "processing" for some days, it goes to "declined" afterwards.

The live chat only tells me they are having problems with their payment provider and I should try again and again.

What would you do?

I would keep trying as they say to.

I am not sure there is much else very useful you can do if they are claiming tech issues.

Now they say they don't have any issues anymore but my withdrawal gets declined time after time.
I yesterday asked them again and they told me they still wait for clarification from another department.

With all other withdrawals taking only minutes this seems so strange

The CS person you are speaking to probably does not know exactly why and is just trying to palm you off.

What payment method are you using?

Now I try to withdraw just 20€, maybe it's a liquidity thing.

It will almost for certain be that the payment processors bank has lost their settlement agreement route with your bank.

Can you try a different method?

If it is what I suspect, there is no way they can pay to the card

At the moment I can only withdraw to V.isa

I see they also have PerfectMoney. Maybe it is needed to deposit a few bucks via PM before being able to withdraw the balance via PM.

The 20€ withdrawal is marked as "successfully processed" although the money didn't arrive.

I then made another withdrawal request for the remaining 186€ and they arrived in my card.
Only those 20€ are missing now...

I guess Mostbet is mostly not paying.
