Can anyone who uses BIA tell me if the green tick and "done" next to the bets OP says are unsettled means anything?

Also, Opti, this is Molly platform, same across all whitelabels - "Done" means that bets are placed and settlement is pending.

No, they did not give me any reason. I asked them several times, but they get the same reply to the email all the time.

It is team points bet - Sol America score more then 58.5 and 59.5 points. They scored 59 and betinasia settled only losing bets.

I did not break the rules, my account is on minus. so i do not understand why they do it

I am trying to help you here, so please focus. On the far left end, you should have "arrow down" and when you click it, the bet will expand and you will be able to see "bookie" there for each of the bets. That way you (and us) can know with which bookmakers bets have been placed.

BIA doesn't take bets on their own (they do take PT though), so it might be something more to it. But them ignoring email is rather disappointing.

Then you have a clear case here - since all bets are placed with the same bookmaker, it can be that Pin voided the bets for some reason (happened to me multiple times), but after intervention from the broker I use, Pin has changed the grading of the bet.

Now, the most important thing to take here is that BIA must solve this one for you. You are their customer and they must be middle-man to negotiate the case with Pin in this case. I can't imagine that they would steal these funds from you, it is not that big amount (for them), so you need to pursue your case further with them.

Still, them ignoring your (or anyone else's) messages is very bad.

They wrote to me that it is a very rare case and they expecting a solution during this week.

Not answering to customers and not helping their own customers in disputes is absolutely unprofessional and doesn't speak very well for BetinAsia. I've read recently more stories about disputes taking longer than needed to be solved.

SBR will no longer be accepting complaints about offshore books but I'll try to steer people with problems in the right direction still.

Betinasia have always been a good broker for me, never happened to me, my guess is that the problem is with Mollybet and the bookie who took the bet.
They don't take bets, they make bets with third party bookies.
My experience in Vodds, Asian connect and Mollybet is that bookies like sbobet and singbet will sometimes void bets for no reason.
Going for a formal complaint with this brokers is waste of time

Upon an arduous and dedicated process, we are happy to inform you that now the situation with your misgraded bets on BLACK has been solved accordingly after our team managed to manually add the PL in the amount of 385.6 EUR.

It took a very long time, almost two months, but my problem was solved.
