Intertops to change name

Nothing else seems to be changing.

I did notice they've improved their poker tournament offerings with a new series running at the moment. Hopefully will see some other improvements, including better promotional offers.

I’ve always liked Intertops. They could certainly increase their player base by reducing minimum withdrawals and deposits but won’t. They are still behind the times on software and speed of payouts.

Are they? I know Youwager is same as Discountwager, Wager7, BetPop and one or two others. But never heard of any connection with Youwager and Intertops.

I don't really understand the reason behind the rebranding. Intertops has been around a very long time and has significant name recognition.

Stale. Doesn't hurt to change it up a little. Intertops is a dumb name. EveryGame seems meh, but kudos to them for trying to rebrand.

I guess I'm a boring guy. Nah, I know what you mean. Does bring them some extra attention and viral marketing as well. I'm actually a huge fan of Intertops (Everygame). Payouts can be a little laborious at times, but other than that I've always had a positive experience playing with them.

I'm not seeing any relation or information on Intertops being owned/purchased by First Fidelity.

They may not have. It was posted here that they did so assumed the info was correct. If they are expanding poker that is definitely consistent with that happening so would lean that way.

Kind of surprised Intertops gave up the old school name recognition.

They could have simply modernized their payout system and increased business markedly.

I think Brick is mistaken unless something happened recently that I'm not aware of.

Intertops is on the same poker network as JuicyStakes (might be other skins too). The lobby looks like this



It would be nice if YouWager merges with Intertops, because their poker room is comparatively tiny. Almost no action at cash or tourneys.

Ya when I first got into Poker/gambling in 04 they were one of the bigger places. They haven't had any scandal I'm aware of so it's strange to make this move. Trust and credibility are everything, especially for US players using "offshore"
