    35.000$ stolen from 888starz
Hello everyone at SBR and thank you very much for offering this platform to help us with our problems with the bookmakers.

About two months ago I registered at 888starz.bet to place my sports bets as I normally do. I really liked how it worked and decided to continue betting on 888starz. I brought in approximately $ 10,000 that was lost within a few days.

However, in a last attempt to recoup my losses, I deposited approximately $ 1,500 which became $ 35,000 within a few days. At that time, when trying to withdraw part of my funds, the security department required me to pass a SECOND verification of my account (I had already passed one before). They put a lot of inconvenience in the photos I sent them, they asked me about strange Russian people and they ended up accusing me of fraud within two days.

The consequence of all this was that all my bets that I made after the last deposit were void. Over $ 30,000 in earnings disappeared and I was left with only the $ 1,500 from my last deposit.

I consider this to be a fraudulent practice as they have no reason to doubt my integrity. I have always respected the rules of the site and have bet on countless events. I have tried to resolve this with them but the last message from the security department said that they would not reply to any emails regarding the closure of my account.

Looking in betting forums I have come across some people in the same situation. In fact, there is someone on the 888starz Trustpilot profile who has been through this.

I trust that 888starz.bet will reconsider and return the funds for which I have worked so hard. However, I am currently dependent on you.

In case I could help you, I have opened a thread on Reddit talking a little more in detail about my situation: https://www.reddit.com/r/sportsbook/...35000_from_me/

I uploaded to my personal Google Drive a folder with all the conversations I had with the bookie: https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...EA?usp=sharing

I also uploaded some videos to Youtube before filing the complaint with the police:

Video at the time of verification (sorry, it's in Spanish): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tx4R-0ZnALA&ab

Video after the decision of the security department: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVldDV_AN3U&ab

I have nothing to lose. I have nothing left. I will go all the way on this matter. I promise.

    Thank you,
    Jaime

This site that stole you is a skin of 1xbet.They pretend to have a curacao license but most likely is not true as usually the sites that have real cuaraco license have an icon where you can click on it and check it yourself.
Their CEO is a person named Ruslan Kruglov.
My advice is to at least recoup all your deposits back by asking for a charge back depending on your deposit method. And sue them legally. You can also ask your country police fraud department to ban their website accessing your country. If you deposited with wallets and they refuse to reimburse you just tell them that you are the ones facilitating not licensed scam website stealing their customers. And sue them as well asking for the full amount.
