Insane rollover requirements and stole money from my brother because we used the same wifi. He was playing poker and I was betting on sports. There should be no excuses. Pay your penetrating clients and move on

#5+1, If they are clearly different people playing the accounts, and nothing shady went on (this is probably where stories from the client and the BetOnline will differ), then I agree with you. I am not defending BetOnline but I have bet/withdrawn a decent amount there, enough to get Diamond status and they have treated me fairly thus far.Comment -

#7It's in their rules, this is nothing new. No one ever reads the rulesComment -
#8fantastic book, if you like fast payouts. limited by an asinine number every 7 business days. which doesn’t equate to a calendar week
they altered their entire bonus program, to the VIP, which stands for get screwed. I have been playing there for over six years, and when I graduated levels, so to speak, I got way less of a cash zero rollover congratulations
than I did the first three times. because my life changed, my action had changed
davey m is a frazzle drip bastard. They used to have rollovers that were lesser depending upon the sport you bet.
so glad I’m broke, and can’t play with those cocksuckers anymoreComment -

#13Betonline VIP program
I registered in July. I played a lot and often, but mostly lost. My status in their loyalty program was growing and I received cash bonuses for each level increase. By October I reached Diamond level, but I didn't get another bonus. I spent almost two weeks trying to get them to tell me why. And they wrote me that after analysing my bets the bonus was denied. I absolutely do not understand their decision. I really like this bookmaker, including because of their loyalty program. Has anyone encountered something like this? Were you able to solve the problem somehow?
Comment -
#14They have pretty much cut off all promos. In my experience it is almost never worth it to achieve a “loyalty” status with an online book or casino. They list these benefits but when you look at them really it’s worthless stuff. Like I think betonline has a weekly casino loss rebate of 10%. That’s ok I guess. But then they make you play the rebate through some ridiculous amount so that it’s basically worth nothing. Then when you hit the littlest of winning streaks they send you an email excluding you from promotions. Just stick with deposit bonuses.Comment -
#15Almost Diamond 3 and they haven't gave any bonuses for leveling up, no weekly/monthly bonuses, and no deposit bonuses. Despite that, Betonline remains my favorite offshore.Comment -
#16BetOnline.ag: Total Scam! Stay Away!
BetOnline.ag is a complete scam! I deposited money, played a few games, and when I went to withdraw my winnings, they pulled every trick in the book to keep my cash. First, they flagged my withdrawal as “in review.” Next, they canceled it, claiming a “verification issue” and told me to call support.
When I called, they put me on hold forever, only to come back and tell me my account was disabled and that my funds were confiscated. They gave me absolutely no reason for this. No verification process, no follow-up instructions—just took my money and shut me out.
This is a classic scam setup: they’re happy to take deposits, but when it’s time to cash out, they make up fake reasons to block you. BetOnline.ag is not a legit site. They stole my money, plain and simple. Avoid this site at all costs if you value your time and money!Comment -
#19Did you try to "bonus whore" them using multiple accounts?
I've had no problems with betonline.ag and getting paid after meeting my rollover requirements.
Please explain further.Comment -

if anything they would just sent your $ back if you didn't something against their policy. Or, if you owed them money because of a **********, then I can see them possibly recouping money they are owed. I call bullshit.Comment -
#22Well I have no idea what policy I could have violated because they refuse to provide me a reason. They are absolute scumbags. I asked multiple times.Comment -

#24Does anyone know what I can do? I feel I got robbed for no reason.. I read through their entire TOS and rules and there's absolutely nothing I did wrong. Their customer service refuses to tell me anything, just that my accont was closed by a manager.Comment -

In other words, you attempted to cheat them, or were successful in cheating them in some way, in this case, it sounds like they caught you cheating in the casino.
Obviously you're going to deny that you cheated, but that is the case most of the time as mentioned.
Did you win a lot of money in the casino by hitting some kind of slot jackpot?
But betonline.ag is not a scam if you beat them straight up, fair and square.Last edited by Pacific Square; 11-13-24, 06:58 PM.Comment -
#2699.9% of the time, they will refuse to serve/pay you only if you took some kind of cheapshot at them.

I called and waited on hold for about 10 minutes before speaking to a rep who told me that “management decided to close my account.” When I asked why, he just kept repeating the same thing. I then asked how I could retrieve my funds, and he said my money had been confiscated. I was shocked and repeatedly asked for an explanation, but he kept saying that management made the decision, still without providing any reason. After the call, my account was closed, and I could no longer log in.
The whole experience felt like a scam, which left me confused because I’d read reviews before signing up and assumed it was a legitimate site. Now I’m starting to think those positive reviews were either fake or paid for because my experience has been far from legit. I even emailed support afterward—maybe a bit heated—because it truly felt like I’d been scammed and demanded to know how I could retrieve my funds. In response, they repeated the same thing: “Management closed your account.” I tried emailing again, asking for a specific reason or at least a way to resolve this supposed “verification issue,” but I got the same answer each time—no explanation, no way forward.
From everything that’s happened, I don’t know how to view this as anything but a scam, especially for someone experiencing online gambling for the first time.Comment -

#33Thats was my thoughts exactly. Like they can't be that hard up for $200. But I don't know what else to think. I didn't do anything that would warrent disabling an account and confiscating funds. It's not even possible to cheat at sportbetting / online blackjack. At least not that I know.Comment -
