Sister book of MyBookie, so everyone should beware. The only reason we don't hear a lot of complaints about BUSR is because they have about 1/10,000th the customer base that MyBookie has.

Personally, I really don't need to hear about successful payouts. We all know they happen - otherwise, they wouldn't be in business. I need to see a sustained period of time where they don't try blatantly to rip off customers.

BUSR just decided to shut my account down this week and took my hard earned money!!
Sorry my reply is so long and detailed but I wanted to explain exactly what happened.
For anyone who is thinking of depositing with these guys you may wanna read this first...

It started when I couldn't login the morning of May 12th so I went to chat. They told me that it was a routine check on my account and not to worry my funds were safe. They said I would have an email within 48 hours to describe the situation.

4-5 days passed and I never received an email so I called customer support. They told me a person named Erick was in charge of my account and that he would call me back. Soon after I received this email...

It basically said my account was limited on March 7th and that I had figured out a glitch in the system to still place higher wagers!!?? This was far from the truth as I continued making bets as usual. Prior, I usually made bets on the props builder and every once in a while I made a few straight bets on nba. I did notice that my straight NBA bets were limited to $1 so I didn't bet those obviously. But the place I bet 95 percent of the time, the props builder, was never limited. I'm not a computer hacker nor did I do anything against the rules so I called back to let them know it was their mistake.

I called and tried to get a hold of Erick and after many calls saying he was in meetings and days after he finally called me back. I told him what had happened and he said he understood completely and would talk to the person who made this decision and that I could call back in a few days. I waited and called back 4 days later and Erick proceeded to say the decision is final!!??? I said Erick! This is totally unfair I\'ve done nothing wrong. I use the props builder mostly and it was never limited once!!! I talked to him for 45 minutes going over everything and how terrible it feels to be treated in this way. He said he understands my position but it's not up to him and the decision has been made... I said can I talk to the person who made this decision. First he said that person wasn't in the office, then he said that person doesn't take calls. So basically f*ck me! My dad had made the decision already and I can't talk to him about it at all. WOW! Just BS from this site!

Other notes: I got a payout the 4th week of April which was about 6 weeks after this so called limit was on my account!! If I was limited before that why did I receive that particular payout? And I did not find a glitch in the system I bet on the props builder as I usually had! Since then, I got my account back up to over 1,000 dollars then May 12th I just couldn't login anymore. Close my account if you want BUSR... But pay me the money I won!! I had zero limit on the props builder, how are you seizing my money two months later?! It's gross, disgusting behavior. I guess whoever started this thread had a lot better luck than me with these guys. SMH

What you describe sounds a lot like mybookie , I bet the person above Erick is Butch the strong arm. You deserve your own thread, I’d start a new one and scream from the rooftops.

Yup. they limited me to $1 too Because i had an old mybookie closed 6 years ago for mulitiple accounts or something. Because i had an Xbet and a mybookie.. Busr doesnt pay!

Yes I'm limited on Mybookie to $1 I guess that's what he meant in the email about other sites. Limiting would be fine but just pay me don't go backwards two months and say I found a glitch in the system and now what I won I don't deserve. I'm sure if I lost they weren't gonna give it back LOL... Or hear me out and look for yourself and make the correct decision. It's straight thievery. It's slimy and disrespectful honestly. You can't even talk to me on the phone so we can figure it out? SMH Disgusting.
