On Tuesday 2/8/22 I made a Bitcoin deposit to my sportsbetting.ag
In the amount of 1000$ as they were offering a risk free bet up to 1000$…. After winning my bet they have closed my account stating I have multiple accounts which is a complete lie as I only have one acct. They refuse to give me money back. Why would they accept my deposit in the beginning if my account was to be closed. Please help me figure out the next step to resolve this. I greatly appreciate your time

We usually find that posters having this accusation against them were indeed breaking the rules. But I'm interested in seeing how this plays out. OP's first problem, however, is that this is no longer the place for offshore help.

There was no rule breaking. They sent me a promo via email…I signed up…after I deposited…they closed the account stating there was another account under my name when they were under a different company title over 15 years ago?!?!?! I have OSGA involved and will keep anyone that cares posted on the results

I responded to their email…gave them the time to call me with my number and never heard back from them…..do you have the number that I’m suppose to call for the financial dept?

There is no direct line that they give out. Call the main number and tell them that a manager is expecting your call. If they want to talk to you, they should have your account notated as such so whoever you speak with can figure who to transfer you to.

Spoke with Mark at Sportsbetting.ag. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced…was very apologetic…..everything has been fixed…honest mistakes on both sides.
