Anyone experiencing a slow down in the response of Sportsbook.ag via email? Tried sending them a message and they normally get back to me in less than 15 mins but it's been almost 24 hours now.

They do have a live chat. It's in the casher. Always check the cashier (because sportsbooks don't want you having any trouble making a deposit).

Yes. Like I mentioned upthread, many books do this (or have done this in the past) because they care about deposits above all else.

Correct so that live chat is rarely available. 90% of the time it's just a window that you can enter information and it generates an email to their support.
