Not sure why we are getting a lot of rave posts of successful payouts at BUSR when I'm getting problems on my first deposit.
Five days after i deposited there and took a 50% bonus with 5x rollover, my balance grew to about 3800 usd from the initial deposit of 1000 usd. On the way to that, they limited my betting amount to 200 usd. Okay fine.
So when i felt like i was close to getting hitting the rollover, i submitted my ID ahead of time to avoid payout delays. From there i noticed that I made an error with the address I put in during the sign up so I asked them to change it. Then they asked for a selfie with the ID. Then they got back to me and now they are asking for a billing statement addressed in the same place as the ID. In the first place if they are going to ask for all these documents, why not mention it straight up in their website instead of further delaying a back and forth email conversation. Their live chat is useless by the way and they will just ask you to wait for the relevant department to respond.
I'm gonna have to request for SBR intervention if this doesn't work out well.
