BUSR Disables Account Close to Clearing Rollover
Not sure why we are getting a lot of rave posts of successful payouts at BUSR when I'm getting problems on my first deposit.

Five days after i deposited there and took a 50% bonus with 5x rollover, my balance grew to about 3800 usd from the initial deposit of 1000 usd. On the way to that, they limited my betting amount to 200 usd. Okay fine.

So when i felt like i was close to getting hitting the rollover, i submitted my ID ahead of time to avoid payout delays. From there i noticed that I made an error with the address I put in during the sign up so I asked them to change it. Then they asked for a selfie with the ID. Then they got back to me and now they are asking for a billing statement addressed in the same place as the ID. In the first place if they are going to ask for all these documents, why not mention it straight up in their website instead of further delaying a back and forth email conversation. Their live chat is useless by the way and they will just ask you to wait for the relevant department to respond.

I'm gonna have to request for SBR intervention if this doesn't work out well.

Absolutely. I mean sure they are verifying the docs but why do they need to disable the account?

If you signup with incorrect information, this is what happens when you try to confirm it.

Not making any excuse for Mybookie/Busr as they are horrible to deal with and not always fair to the player, but they are not out of line to put you through 2nd level KYC in this situation.

I'd suggest sucking it up and be very very nice to them and try to Help Them solve it, as right now they have you by the knackers and can easily and legally tell you bad luck, you are not the registered owner of the account.

Another tip is to not send ID documents unless asked for them first.

They may not have even asked you, but you have insisted their security person has to review your account anyway.

A suspicious security guy will almost certainly suspect you used fake info as you planned to charge it back if you lost. Why would you suddenly recall you registered bad info after winning is another thought I bet they are having.

Many people ignore me and say "they want to be paid quicker by doing it" and I am wrong. But after you have seen 100 odd complaint threads that say the same line as you "I sent in my ID unasked" you would believe me.

All it does at EVRY SINGLE bookmaker is either make them suspicious you are a scammer or a sharp or syndicate player who does not want to risk a big deposit until approved.

Ok so they managed to fix the account address and verified my documents and also unlocking my account in the process. Was able to grow my balance to about 5k usd with a limited wager of 200 usd.

Will be requesting a max payout and keep you guys posted.

Ok here's an update and the next questionable move from BUSR/MyBookie.

              Current balance: 2800 usd

So today while trying to place some bets on early baseball, my account at BUSR suddenly gets logged out and upon trying to login, I get an error that my account is not recognized. Of course I quickly log in to chat to ask and they mention "someone" will contact me about the closure of my account as I am not from the US. So first of all, why did they allow me to sign up, request for an address change and play for about two weeks just to decide later on, when I am slowly growing my balance, that my account will be closed.

What about the money? I asked if i would get my money back and Marty from live chat guaranteed that I would. Of course I asked if they will pay my winnings and he said I would after they "check my history". Asked for my bitcoin wallet and said I would get an internal payout. Totally fine if they would. Keep you guys posted.
