Are you talking about a website security certificate?

There has to more to this than just that?

I'm asking because if they have acted unreasonably I can ping a person to look into it for you.

They had a certificate posted on their website that represented a 3rd party (Certified Fair Gambling) was ensuring the fairness of their games.

I looked up CFG’s website and they had a list of companies that they were currently providing their auditing services to. Bookmaker wasn’t one of them. I reached out to Charles at CFG and he said Bookmaker hadn’t renewed their contract and had gone rogue for over a year.

Yet when I reached out to Bookmaker to ask about this, they referred me to their website to see who certified their games. I called them out on this, my casino access was turned off a day or two later. They won’t return emails, they don’t answer my live chats.

They were claiming they had an outside source validating the fairness of their games and continued to lie about it after getting called out.

yeah see my "hamlin dq" thread

even though their auto racing rules state they grade the winner based on official result from the governing body... they graded hamlin the winner and didn't follow their own rules
