Everything worked perfect, performance of the site was excellent.
Once I reached the one time deposit rollover, I decided to do the KYC (did not even have the intention to withdraw).
They offer some automatic verification these days, where I had to provide one document + a selfie of myself.
This got rejected twice without stating any reasoning for rejection.
As a consequence, they required me to provide them with the following:

"May you please send us at least two (2) of the following identification (whichever is applicable)1. International Passport2. Driving License3. National IDNote: Please make sure that your identification is still valid within 6 months.
Also, for Proof of Address, please send at least two (2) of the following documents:1. Utility Bills (Eg. Internet, Electricity, Water, Cable TV, Gas)2. Bank or Credit Card Statement"

That is quite a huge amount of documents required here.

As a consequence I provided them with my Passport, my Driving License, an Utility Bill as well as Bank Statement.I was curious on how long this verification process would take.They responded to me that they will need 5 days to verify my documents.
Taking 5 days to verify a customer´s document in 2022 is just not acceptable.

I am really not sure now, if my funds are safe with them, and they can be trusted.

Low 4 figure amount with them, no profit so far. Keeping you updated once my KYC has been processed.

Verification done today 36 hours after my documents were sent in.
Quicker then I expected.

In my past experience the following happened:

Months ago, they closed the stock market and delayed withdrawals. It was a concern at the time. Now they have come again.

Now they are asking for too many documents to be submitted. The review time of up to 5 days is so long it's alarming.

So they are requesting 2 identity documents and 2 proof of address, yes that is a red flag. What if you have no passport and no driving license?

Are they the same guys as Asian connect? I am surprised cause AC has been the most reliable for me, they never asked me anything extra since I verified in 2019.
Last time I withdrew 3k in USDT the payment was received after just 20 minutes, unbelievable.

I went through the same KYC. Yeah it's a bit too much info for my liking, but it got done in decent time, and I was able to make a large withdraw immediately after with no problems

Frank: no problems on the pinnacle side last night or this AM. Maybe clear your cookies/cache?

Yeah I actually have to do that every single time I get logged out.

That hasn't worked.

I contacted them yesterday and they said they knew about the issue and were working on it.

They are still working on it today.

I've been in contact with Bianca. Glad she is involved with Piwi. That said, the site is pretty painful to log in to. I tend to use it as a backup to fairlay (on which we all know is pretty painful to find primary lines).

Still not working.

I can access dashboard/casino/exchange but sports keeps giving me "Error Page".

Same error in Firefox/Chrome/Edge and phone.

I actually got into the sports today for a brief time, on phone, but now that isn't working either.

This is day 3 and they say they're still working on it.

I find it very tricky to login reliably.

But it seems to help to go to https://www.piwi247.com/login whether you are logged in or not. Then click on the Login pop up. Then click on the login button in upper right. The proper login page should appear. That almost always works for me on Edge. Any other sequence will not work.

I can get in every time now to the dashboard page.

The problem now is when you click sports it brings up the error page every time.

They have been working on this for 5 days now and just keep saying they are working on it.
