Hi everyone. You will see I've been a member for a very long time but have been pretty much able to solve any issues that have occurred over the last 20 years without needing to post about it online. For the most part I have just kept my head down and got on with placing my bets wherever I could get my bets down.
I am currently Isle of Man based. The post is both a warning about Megapari and a request for help. If I can hopefully get some progress I can hopefully become a more active member.
Megapari are blocking my account with 5260 euro balance, claiming "Fabricated Documents" about my UK Passport (as well as other crazy responses) and doing the CS / Security dance.
I have sadly fallen into the 1xBet trap, I spotted a firm called Megapari mentioned on a forum with a few people saying they were playing there and the odds were the same as 1xBet. I've never registered with 1xBet as I knew of the problems. But I did not see the SBR thread linking the two entities.

My Megapari account was blocked on 1st December. It was over 1 year old by this stage and had transacted thousands in deposits and withdrawals.
As time has gone on, it has become more apparent that this is not a mistake, it is deliberate behaviour by Megapari. No amount of emailing has changed the situation. Their behaviour which you can read below is utterly ridiculous.
I found that most Megapari customers complaining on Trustpilot were getting their issues resolved.
Megapari had my original Trustpilot review blocked on 12th December as containing harmful / illegal content.I posted a much briefer Trustpilot review on 19th December, which has been ignored and was the only one on Trustpilot without response.
I redrafted my original version yesterday and it was worded in such a way that it could not be blocked.
Megapari have now removed their Trustpilot page today. I wonder why ?

If anyone has any answers to the 4 unknowns below, that would be appreciated :
1. Has anyone here filed a Curacao gaming complaint and achieved a positive outcome ? The fact that the complaint form states you waive all legal rights once submitted makes me view this as the very final play once I have given up on all other options.
2. Is there anyone on here from Hungary that can advise of any Gambling Authority / Legal action against the company that I could try. Megapari company is registered in Hungary. Isle of Man Gaming Authorities advised that I'd need to specifically target Hungary.
3. Is anyone aware of who the Megapari hierarchy are that I could contact in person. I know it is believed that they are all the same 1xBet family, but it would appear Megapari are attending SBC conferences as Megapari, not 1xBet. I am actively watching for when the next SBC conferences are and checking for attendee information. If you are reading Megapari, yes, I am considering flying to both Hungary and to any future SBC conference you are attending.
4. Anything obvious that I haven't mentioned that would be obvious in resolving this issue ? (Yes I know, do not ever play somewhere that looks like 1xBet)

I am verified on all platforms and known to various gambling enforcement agencies. As you can see I am also fully verified here on Trustpilot. I make no comment on how any other customer will be treated, I can only evidence my own experience.
It is obvious to say that Megapari have a very impressive site, with excellent markets and very competitive pricing. That's why people are attracted to play with them.
My account is over 1 year old and has transacted thousands by Ecopayz.
My account started off as a net loser, but they still paid me no problem. Withdrawal was immediate.
They deleted my payment method in September, just as I was slightly in profit, 2000 balance, total deposits 1223.
Support stated that I could setup a different payment wallet and use that. There was no explanation for the deletion of my Ecopayz wallet.
However. As soon as I tried to withdraw to my new Jeton payment method, they rejected the transactions and every support contact told me to use the method that they had deleted. This went round in circles over many days and emails. I was also told to rollover money with more bets. I complied.
I was eventually referred to Security team and told that they would be helpful in getting my payout to be approved.
My experience with Megapari Security Team is the most distressing experience I have ever had with a betting company, after 20 years betting globally.
I have included my Passport photo in every email, I even included a shared drive download location in my final email of 9th December.
I will now present a section of my escalation email of 5th December outlining what Megapari Security did to me.
I have sent it to all known email addresses in Megapari. I have sent further emails on 5th 6th and 9th December and been threatened with blocking of my email address (Security Team). I had 1 month of no reply after the threat was made to block my email.
Today 5th January on giving them a final chance and again enclosing my passport IMG_0736, they have told me in several email replies to "pay attention to the requirements of the Security Department, otherwise further actions are impossible".
They refuse to state what this requirement is. By replying they have also implicitly confirmed that they have received my passport file IMG_0736.
I have had no contact from Customer Claims since my account was blocked on 1st December, nor my escalation on 5th December, nor after my contact today 5th January.
All departments of Megapari have copies of my passport and everyone here can see that I am fully verified by Trustpilot with the same passport.

7. Dear user, unfortunately, the photos that you have send us can not be accepted for verification. Please send us the photos of your true identification document.In case of giving us the fabricated documents your account will be blocked according to our Terms and Conditions
8. I take a fresh photograph IMG_0736 which has both passports together, I ensure that it is immediately in JPG format and do not edit the properties in any way. It is immediately sent to you.
