Hi all,
Just posting this for those of you who aren't aware. Bovada currently has many open cases where they are illegitimately confiscating funds, and/or locking players' accounts. It is not a safe place to deposit or bet on sports right now. If you have money there I advise that you get it out if possible.
Of course you should always DYOR, but you wont have to look on many forums to find lots of player complaints.
It's really a shame. Used to be a great out.

Just to clarify, they are not stiffing ALL customers. Some are getting paid and some are not. Sucks for the folks that are having thousands stolen from them...

Think it's user error man. They are more than likely just cracking down on blatant abuse.

I'm sure BMR could get them fixed if they were genuine, like they always did.

I dunno whats the truth of your sources, but also maybe don't spread unverified reports over here in future.

They did a bonus last week, $50 for $50. I go in today and it's gone. The agent says it expired. It was only for a week, and since I didn't make any bets yet, they took it back.

Then the agent says that's the way we do it. They never did it that way. If they are desperate for people to deposit and are canceling $50 bonuses, wow, they must be in trouble.

And before someone posts "I'm sure they'll suffer without your $50." I only added $50 to my balance because the bonus offer was capped at $50, so I'm like, why not drop in 50 for 50. I was surprised at the bonus anyways since they usually offer an NCAA bonus and they didn't do anything for the Super Bowl either.

I've always liked their racing software, but think I will look elsewhere once Keeneland and Churchill open.

I'm officially done with them. Will just play thru the balance and hope my bets lose, lol. so I can close the account.

Lost both so can't comment on how withdrawals are going now, although they've consistently paid me time after time over the years.

Garbage book if you are any sort of winner. Clipped my racing wagers down to like $7 so I peaced the fukk out. I was Hall of Fame/Red Room and they took away my weekly BTC bonus and made the former 5x rollovers 25 or 35x. They do pay unless you're scheming though.

They must be under new management because they were fine with me beating them for 10+ years but something changed in 2022

Yeah, 100 percent bonus up to $50. I thought I was reading it wrong, plus the huge rollover, which I don't care about anyways. I was debating dropping them months ago when everyone was having issues, but just waited. Will give them the boot finally.

I can verify that I have been robbed and I did nothing wrong. They've had my account locked for months and wont respond.
I can't verify any other stories of course but there are many out there right now.

Then share your own info instead of what you did in post #1 maybe?

I've got good reasons to be a bit sceptical of people more interested in publicly complaining than trying to get their problem fixed. So often it turns out the loud ones who have issues we can't resolve just don't have valid claims. Most people with sportbook complaints dont post about them. And BMR could get valid claims addressed I think.

Not much I can do with Bovada anymore but if you haven't tried posting on their community forum about your issue I would try that.
